Belvoir Fruit Farm Elderflower Cordial, 500ml - PACK OF 3

Here's the deal: this product is amazing. I love the elderflower syrup, so just add it to a glass of sparkling water for an amazing taste. I know some people use it for mixing too, but it's awesome just by itself and a bit of soda (which by the way, you should order in bulk from Amazon so you don't need to carry it anymore). It's less sweet than other products, more lemon-y. Five stars for the actual product.HOWEVER, the problem is that fulfillment has been spotty at best. The last time I've ordered it, they took about three weeks to deliver the product after choosing regular shipping. It seems to be fulfilled from the US, so the fact that it's an imported product shouldn't be an issue. The thing is, sometimes it arrives quickly within a week, sometimes it's hopelessly late.Please get shipping in order, guys!!!! Then I might actually order more. I'd rather not pay $7/bottle at a fancy grocery store for the soda version of this syrup....

Very nice! Light, fresh and flowery! Bought this to make the lemon elderflower cupcakes and icing based on the cake at Harry and Meghan's wedding. Love the flavor and the resulting cupcakes! We also made champagne cocktails with the Elderflower Cordial. Delightful! I have at least 1/2 of the bottle left over, so am going to check the recipes on the Belvoir Fruit Farm's website for more uses!

I absolutely love this cordial. Mixed with Pellegrino... amazing. Why is it that there's such a vast array of alcoholic drinks, including all sorts of fancy cocktails, but if you don't want alcohol, it's pretty much soda or water. This fills the gap -- it's a really pleasant drink. And this is the third time I've ordered from this vendor; shipping a bottle of something is not so easy, but they always do great on the packaging.

I first had this beverage in the small carbonated bottles that they sell it all the fancy pants British museums. I was instantly enamored and addicted. It's the most divine flavor, and the little carbonated bottles are the most pleasant and pleasing beverage I've ever put in my mouth, period. I've taken lately to buying The cordial and either pouring it into still water or making my own carbonated beverage with it. I think it's far cheaper than buying the little individual drinks that cost a pretty penny. For whatever reason, I think you can stretch it further if you put it in with still water as opposed to carbonated. I know in a lot of British bars people mix elderflower with their alcoholic beverages, so that might be something that some buyers might like.

I had never tasted elderflower cordial before and didn't know what I was in for, apart from mostly positive reviews. It is excellent mixed with plain or sparkling water and quite a unique beverage. Hard to describe the flavor, but it is light, mildly sweet, floral/fruity with a bit of lemony overtone to it. I've tried mixing it with other things (white wine, flavored sparkling water) but prefer the taste to stand alone. One also does not need a lot to flavor a glass of water, so it is quite economical.

This Eldeflower flavoring was requested by a cake customer. It seems to be the "it" summer flavor since the royal wedding. After adding it to the frosting I couldn't stop eating it. It was so good. Light and citrusy. It complimented the lemon cake flavor very nicely. I also used it in a pineapple martini. Shipping was a royal pain but thankfully I received it in time for my wedding cake delivery. Customer service really came through. Phew!

Never heard of cordials (the nonalcoholic syrup kind) until a recent trip to the UK. Makes a great drink with or without alcohol. A tip: You don't need much, maybe less than an ounce in a 10-oz glass. But it does deliver the favor. If you're a fan of strong ginger flavor try their ginger cordial. It also makes a relatively low sugar drink if you mix it with club soda.

I tasted this while I was in London after my friend bought a glass from the cutest little girls and thought that it was so nice and pleasant. So I had to buy it while I'm back home. I had the bright idea to mix it with dry wine with a friend and we had a blast.The drink is really sweet and florally. Emphasis on sweet. So mix it with a not so sweet drink and enjoy the lovely drink. It's not going to blow you away with its amazing flavor, but the sweet and floral flavor really elevates a drink to something more lovely and elegant.

It is too sweet for me. I wanted a cordial and I think it is more for flavouring and baking.

This stuff is flipping delicious.I used it to flavour a home brewed elderflower cider. (Primed with it and added some after to sweeten and extra flavour as well)So good. I ended up with a product similar to strongbow elderflower cider. Not disappointed. Will buy again and again.

........allerdings etwas zu stark nach Zitrone. Schmeckt deutlich besser als der Sirup von Alnatura, der außerdem deutlich mehr Zuckeranteil hat, dafür ist dieses Produkt aber auch erheblich teurer. Also nix für Hugo, aber für Mineralwasser mit Eis an einem heißen Sommertag.

When ordering there was no indication that the product was subject to duty and fees equivalent to 75% of the purchase price. I did not accept the order.

Great cordial. Works great mixed with water, as well as with vodka and gin and a splash of citrus ;)
