Our old canopy got mangled in the wind. We weren't sure about this one but thought we'd try it. The upper vent works as stated in the description allowing the wind to pass through. Others complain about the canopy not being water PROOF because of the drain grommets provided allowing any accumulation of water to drain off. Well, it's not a big deal. I'd rather have a means for the water to drain, than to sit there accumulating, adding weight to the cover and eventual collapse. The difference in temp between underneath the canopy or outside it is substantial. Living in the mountains of CO our temps may not get into the 90s, but the intensity of the sun is much greater than lower elevations. The canopy provides great protection. We have set it up for gatherings and to provide shade while pouring concrete. The rolling storage bag is a plus because the canopy is heavy. I definitely recommend this product.Update— just used it remote camping in Utah near Bryce. Had 37 mph winds and heavy rain for 4 days and it never wavered. It stayed in place and kept everything under it dry. This canopy is definitely worth it.

We used this on the beach and it was an absolute lifesaver! So easy to put up and take down! Much easier than our last one. Comes with the sand bags. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome product! Bought two of these for shade cover at our private beach for a birthday party! Held up well when it became rainy!

Easy set, great value for the money but a little better frame would be ideal. We are on our 2nd one. Still worth it.

I ordered it in 2021 but didn't use it for our backyard until the fall of 2024. And within a few months in the PNW, the fabric tore in the first windstorm. I would've expected the fabric to hold up better up only a few months of use. I don't think the fabric should've weaken over time since it was stored in a garage. I really liked it, especially the venting feature. But it doesn't seem worth the cost of one season of use.The seller said a replacement cover is $75 to account for fabric, international shipping and taxes..

I have used this item at two community events with our Scout Troop and plan on taking along to a week of summer camp in a month. I appreciate the easy assembly and wind resistance of the unit. It has also handled heavy rains extremely well. We are impressed!!
