[Grinding fineness adjustment procedure]: 1. sequentially to removed the center of the nut, joystick handles, gaskets and L-type holder. 2. Lift the center screw in one hand and the other hand clockwise rotation the hexagonal screw with six groove gently to be a bit tight. Please be careful not to screw too tightly, prevent damage the parts. 3. Reattach the L shape brackets long side up into slots in the hexagonal screw and grind as zero degree mark. 4. Trea a slot of hexagonal screw as one cell. 5. Loose 2-3 cells of hexagonal screw in counterclockwise, it will suit for expresso coffee machine and mocha coffee maker. Loose 4-5 cells of hexagonal screw in counterclockwise, it will suit for American coffee grinding machine, hand punch and filter press coffee maker. Loose 6-7 cells of hexagonal screw in counterclockwise, it will suit for balancing siphon. 6. After finished the grinding cells adjustment, set back the spacer, rocker handle and nuts in sequence, thentighten up. Now Enjoy the coffee grinding process.
