where is this manufactured?

I ordered mine on May 8th and received it on May 16th so this is definitely manufactured in the US. I am in love with this eyeshadow palette. You won't be disappointed.

is this hypoallergenic? no formaldehyde?

I'm not 100% sure. I got it for my niece who has sensitive skin and she hasn't had a problen.
