Good for specific use cases
My motherboard has sata ports that are blocked when you use an extended length gpu, so I needed a cable that came out at this angle to run under the graphics card to the drive. It's expensive for what it is, but the design is what I need for my specific setup, so you be the judge if you can substitute something else. Everything works fine so I can't complain, the two wires feel small from what I'm used to, but it's probably just because they didn't throw another bit of wire shrouding to bind the two wires together along the length rather than any sort of difference in wire gauge.

The Smallest Height SATA Cables you can get
I had issues trying to plug in a PCI video card because it was double-wide and covered two of the SATA ports. I tried plugging the SATA connection in and then mounting the video card but the SATA cable heads were too big. After purchasing and installing these, I can now mount my video card. I haven't had any funny issues with the drives connected with these and I can now use my very expensive video card. If you have reservations about them, DO NOT. THEY WORK!

Great Cable. Horrible Price
Excellent cable that really helps in ITX builds . The price is very steep for one cable though

Unique and Versatile for Tight Spaced PC Builds.
I have to say that this SATA cable is a life saver. I have a computer that no traditional cable was going to work because the internal components blocked how far the connector end could protrude. Upon helpless research I was about to give up on installing my solid state drive until I stumbled upon this and, trust me, the tiny form factor of this cable made sure that my troubles were answered with certainty because with the lateral profile of the connector end, it was easily able to fit behind the computer components that interrupted all the other SATA cables and I was able to install my SSD. This unique cable is a savior if you cannot fit a normal SATA cable in your PC build because of tight spaces.

Drops to 3 gb/s speed
I bought 4 of these to use with a 3 disk RAID 5 and my ssd. I soon noticed that my system seemed less responsive than usual and that boot times had almost doubled. After benchmarking my ssd (256GB 840 Pro), I noticed that my sequential reads and writes were capping out at 260 MB/s when they should be about 560 MB/s and 520 MB/s, respectively. I also checked the link speed using the Intel Rapid Storage Technology application, which reported that my ssd and some of my hdds were connected at 3 gb/s instead of 6 gb/s. For reference, my motherboard doesn't even have sata 3 gb/s ports. It seemed that the drives were dropping from 6 gb/s to 3 gb/s either after some random amount of time or after putting a lot of stress on them, such as benchmarking them with CrystalBenchMark. I tried using different driver versions, uninstalling any related programs (e.g. IRST, Samsung Magician, etc), but to no avail. I then tried swapping out the cables for my old sata cables, observing that only drives on Silverstone's cables would drop to 3 gb/s, while drives on my standard cables would not. After testing this for a week to be absolutely positive that this was the cause, I decided to write this review and return the cables. It also appears that another user on Newegg has had this same problem, and while I'd like to think that I just got a bad cable or two, having all four cables fail suggests that the design itself is flawed and that most users simply don't notice the difference, as I would not have if I wasn't use a fast ssd. On an unrelated matter, the cables also come with stickers that fall off as soon as I touch them. Underneath the stickers are exposed wires covered in glue, suggesting that Silverstone couldn't perfect the design and simply choose to hide these blemishes with stickers. All in all, I'm disappointed to see such a low quality product come from a company that has as great of reputation as Silverstone. If these cables actually worked, they would be spectacular.

Phenomenal and unique product at an unreasonable price
Expensive beyond belief (only one is included in the packet - $15 for a SATA cable!), but for small-form-factor builds, this little guy makes cable management a breeze, being unobtrusive and trivial to stow under the motherboard. Truly excellent for my purposes, and unmatched in this regard. Do use tweezers to pull the connector, I do not recommend tugging violently on the cable. Doesn't seem to want to come free so easy, which is good, and if dealt with carefully, may even have less stress on itself due to the fact the connector and cable aren't going to push against anything. CableCreation do make a competitor, having the same low-profile cables (but in a hideous blue), but not bearing the low-profile connector. If a short connector is needed, at the time of writing, this is the only option on the market.

Excellent for low-profile/SFF systems
The fact this thing goes in at a 90 degree angle is exactly what I needed with the Fractal Design Node 202 case I have with the ASUS board I'm using. There is only one way to make it so both SATA ports are usable, and I'll say it like Faith No More: "WHAT? IS? IT? It's it!"

Secure, Thin, Low Profile
If you're like me and have tried latching SATA data cables and found them slipping off in your compact build, then maybe these are the end-game. They don't move at all. It's almost too tight and since my drives are stacked, it is difficult to remove the cable from them. In my case, I don't have to remove the cables from the drives. I can dismantle my Sliger Cerberus and set the drives aside and get to the motherboard and remove the cables that way. I do wish I could have found the straight cables, but I'm fine with 90.

The tiny custom SATA lead in my Beebox failed due to it being squashed. This lead was the only thing I could find that looked like fitting in the tiny space. Fits and works well

Works well, and I love the way it fits in with my setup.

This is the only product I could find that allowed me to attach another HDD to a SATA slot located underneath my graphics card the cabel when fitted is lower than the PCIE slot my graphics card lives in. IMPORTANT:- the graphics card requires removal to fit this cable so an earthing strap is advisable for safe removal/re istallation. Using this cable the new hard disk drive was fitted in about 15mins.
