Love this stuff. I can get very anxious through the day. Work stress, sensory issues, general annoyance lol. This tea does take the edge off so I’m not easily triggered. It also tastes a lot like Earl Grey so I really enjoy it. It instantly became a part of my morning routine.So good.

First time trying this tea honestly the taste is pleasant but the smell reminds me of a towel that hasnt dried properly..lol its still a Good tea would. Buy again my other complaint is the contents of the tea bag started to seep out but eh no big deal
