I was so thrilled when I received my fedora hat and it looked exactly like the picture. It is difficult when buying online to know if you are getting exactly what you want. I have looked all over stores for a hat like this for the summer, because Fedoras are making a huge comeback this year in summer fashion. It seemed like the stores carrying them did not have the style I wanted, and all of their inventory genuinely looked as if it had been used already.I found his woven short brim fedora and fell in love. It literally matches with everything. Though it says it is a straw fedora, I am not sure that describes it very well. It is definitely woven, but it doesn't feel like a fake straw or look like it's made out of straw. It fits really well and I love the brim of the hat.I highly reccomend this hat for anyone looking to wear an awesome fedora this summer, you will not be disappointed!

I don't look good in hats because my head is big, or so my mother has reminded me over the years. (Thanks ma!) BUT this hat looks great and I love it. Bought it in the XL (see comment by my mother) and it fit well, looks fantastic. Wore it on the beach and it's sturdy construction held up to 7days of 15 mph beach winds and constant sun. It never blew off, made to stay in place. Breathable fabric, I ordered the off white/light tan with the brown ribbon. Received compliments from others, trendy hat right now evidently. Highly recommend.

So, I saw the fair amount of reviews that complained the hat arrives crushed. After several orders of other hats that just weren't big enough, I took the chance on this.It arrived in a box with something else I ordered but they included a plastic hat form that kept the fedora fairly pristine. Knowing how items can become hopelessly sold out on Amazon, I immediately ordered another hat as backup. That one, arrived crushed - no such form included. I ended up putting the hat on the form from the last shipment and it sort of returned to shape, but it's still banged up. It's okay for just throwing on something to walk the dog.So, I figured 5 stars for the first hat and 3 stars for the second hat = 4 stars. Maybe the seller can work with Amazon on the shipping inconsistency.For the hat itself, I've been looking for a nice cheap straw/paper fedora ever since I bought one in Italy. That eventually got so grunged out that I had to retire it, but couldn't for the life of me find anything similar back home. Most of these style hats have a high peak which make my large head look almost comical. Based on the dimensions, this looked like it was what I was looking for and I was pleased to find that it was large enough to fit my noggin but small enough to keep proportions in check.I'm more than willing to go back to Italy to get another hat, but if that option isn't available I'm glad I have another source.

Great straw fedora hat for the price. Was looking for something not too pricey for a outdoor wedding I was attending and this did the job! Complimented my outfit perfectly. I would agree with other commenters however in that this hat runs a little big so get the small/medium if you have an average sized head. Great summer hat for any outfit!

The hat is probably about how you imagine it, though maybe a little nicer. The thing I want to point out is that this seller totally understands how easily good hats are ruined with bad packaging during shipping. I've bought two of these hats, and both came in good-sized boxes, with a stiff plastic mold to retain the hat's shape, and plastic wrap around the hat to hold it to the mold and also keep it clean. It was a relief not to deal with a refund just because a seller didn't care or use common sense.

Upon arrival, I was fairly disappointed to see that the hat was not shipped in a box. I opened the bag to see dents along the front of the hat. I'm hoping they will be less noticeable over time. With that said, the hat is fairly big, even for my large head. Often times wearing hats gives me a headache, however, that will be a non issue. I'm hoping it will stay on if the wind blows, we shall see. Overall, the look is as expected, so I am keeping the hat. Had I purchased in person, I would have chosen a smaller size hat, ( which never happens) so I suggest ordering a smaller size.

Fits great and just as pictured

I have always had a big noggin, lady hats never fit me - I wear 7 3/8 or 7 1/2 hats depending on my hairstyle. I wanted a fun, summery hat this year and was determined to find one. This hat fit the bill (ha!), it fits nicely and looks supercute on. It came packaged well and was not smashed at all. I have not tried to pack it into luggage, but I don't think that would be good for it.
