Tastes Great and Works Well!
I’ve been taking these Biotin Gummies for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with them. First off, the taste is amazing sweet, fruity, and not too strong. It honestly feels like I’m having a little treat instead of taking a supplement. They’re also easy to chew and digest, and I love that I don’t need to swallow a big pill. Best quality for the money!
Very good, great flavor. Value for money: Worth the money, for the quantity. Vitamin content: All vitamins needed for hair, skin, and nails. Effectiveness: Haven't taken it long enough, to speak to, it's evident affects, yet.

I think it helped
In addition to a daily multivitamin and additional dose of vitamin E this thing helped me to recover from stress-triggered hair loss. It obviously takes time to start working but it doesn’t take long. I ordered a second bottle now and maybe will take a break after this one. If you want some advice, do a little research and balance the vitamins you take, as an excess of one vitamin will create a deficiency of another and you won’t get the results you want from your vitamins.

Helped my nails
I don't think it helped my hair, but I did notice a bit of improvement on my nails which are soft, wavy, and split.
