I really enjoyed the way this book was written in its entirety. It discusses the many different herbs, along with how they are both helpful to both the physical body as well as on emotional wellness! It addresses the herbs many different uses and how to use them as nice complimentary natural aids. I recommend this to everyone. Especially those seeking to educate and learn about herbal medicine. Great Read!

I just forget I have this large Kindle library on my iPad - out of sight out of mind. Wish the iPad app came with the ability to organize the books.

Great book! Very informative. I grow herbs in my garden every summer and it is nice to know what to do with all of them other than cook.

Excellent resource. I've found some great herbal remedies within this book that have worked 100%. Well written... much better then many online searches I've done on herbs.

This is a good A-Z of useful herbs, but the description led me to believe that it gave guidance on preparing herbs for use, but it doesn't, so I am disappointed.😔
