Lots of great songs.

This is a bit of an odd mix. There are country songs that may have crossed over into the pop genre. There are many unfamiliar songs as well because this is an import. I like many of these, though. I like the variety.

I made my choice based on the title, i never saw a list of tunes included in this collection..and gosh, i never heard of most of the tunes on this collection. A few are quite good, a few more just okay. but for the most part, underwhelming. Who are many of these singers and artists? honestly, i have no idea.

Would not have normally purchased this compilation however as it was reduced to only £2.99 I could not resist the bargain. This is an eclectic collection of tracks from the past 6 decades from artists diverse as Doris Day through to the Ting Tings, via Dolly Parton, Showaddywaddy, Meat Loaf and Dido. There is something for most people. I found enough songs on the 5 discs to ensure that my purchase was not wasted and is in my CD every now and then.
