This product helps my stomach from the burn from post nasal drip. It is mild and can be used year round.

The seller needs to correct this misinformation - MegaGuard contains 320mg of artichoke leaf extract, 75mg of licorice polyphenols, and 30mg of ginger root extract.

I ordered this by mistake when it popped up (as an ad) while I was ordering a digestive enzyme from the same company with very similar label. Then I learned they don't take returns. I can see why.The enzyme product is legit, but these dubious ingredients were doomed to fail and do. Try Pepcid Complete, Pepto Bismol or TUMS and save your money.

I have a lot of food intolerances due to diverticulosis. Helps immensely with bloating and pain i used to endure.

I have been suffering from reflux and digestive issues for a while and have tried various products with some success. This product is the best of the bunch so far. While it isn't perfect, it is about as perfect as one can ask. I was able to detect it working from the very first day. Yes, it works that quickly. That is, if you are taking it for its intended use. You take 1 pill twice a day with meals and it does the job. My condition was quite difficult so 1 pill a day may work for you. 1 a day did not work in my case.Comes in a bottle with 60 caplets. For me a 30-day supply. They are easy to swallow and have no real taste. The mix of Artichoke, Ginger and Licorice seems to be the key here. I have read that these three are very important for my conditions. Yours may vary.My only concern is that they are priced at half a "C" note and that equates to almost a grand a year. The largest portion of people needing this will be those on a fixed income like I am. How can one afford that amount with the small income many will have? What I understand is that once this has gotten your system back into balance you should be able to maintain that balance with proper eating habits. If that is the case, then the price is worth it. But I have seen that if I miss a pill that I start feeling poorly right away. I wouldn't have an issue with needing a bottle to get me back under control but not a monthly thing. Just cannot afford that.I can safely say that if you feel as if your digestive system or stomach acids are out of wack that trying this might surprise you. I know that it certainly did surprise me. Great stuff only a bit pricy.This is my personal experience and yours may vary.

While this isn't the only natural digestive supplement that works, it really does work and the ingredients are clean and simple. I also use one that contains charcoal, fennel, mint, anise and a couple other herbs known for aiding digestion. The natural solution really is the best when it comes to the gut.
