Clear and easy to understand projects lots of enjoyment. I got this for a 9 year old to help him learn the old fashioned way. 😄

I don’t know what it is, but I’ve always had some kind of mental block with landscapes. Flipping through this and looking at the examples made me feel like they seemed easy instead of hard. I appreciate that everything uses pencil—a versatile but accessible tool. I’m excited to get started on the examples and to improve my eye for sketching landscapes, especially when it comes to composition and framing.

I am a beginner in sketching and drawing. the book is well written and explains well, but it is a bit too advanced for me. I will keep it till later once I have mastered the basic skills.

Uncomplicated, simple, concise instructions. Easy for anyone to follow. If he or she has a modicum of persistance. And a sense for fun.

Helpful tutorial in blocking out a scene, tips on perspective, shading, blending elements to create a satisfying whole. For beginners like myself and more advanced learners. I remember an uncle teaching me simple techniques as a child and now I'm trying these landscapes - brings back happy memories.

I’m not at all pleased with the instructional method this book uses. It was rather vague and my artwork showed it.

Good book . Has some step by steps. But feels like the drawing are enlarged, drawings feels abit grainy or like can be more fine detailed. Very thin book but good for beginner. Book is damaged and dirty. Supposed to be new

É um guia muito útil pra quem quer começar a se desenvolver em desenhar paisagens. O tamanho ajuda a visualizar sem dificuldade as imagens, visto que você irá aprender através delas. Pode parecer simples apenas 40 folhas mas o conteúdo é até bem detalhado, vai depender de você praticar.
