This bra is some sort of miracle. I wear a 32G and buying bras that fit and offer any support is a serious challenge. I just spent almost $250 on a couple bras from ThirdLove because I was so desperate, but I think this one is more comfortable and fits better than any of those. The cups give nice full coverage and really encapsulate the girls to keep everything in place and leaves no overflow lumps or lines that show through my clothes. The wide shoulder straps are soooo comfortable I forget they’re there. The band is actually snug enough for my small ribcage. The fabric is just thick enough for modesty but doesn’t have any of that sweat-holding spongy foam padding that so many bras insist on having (why?? It’s already a G cup!! Why do bra makers want to add MORE??!) I’d happily work out in this bra for pretty much anything other than full-on running, I’d say it’s a medium to medium-high impact support level. If some more of the fun colors were available for my size I’d definitely get a few more.

I have worn this bra every day for the past several months. I mean, I liked it so much that I went back to buy more. If I'm honest, I will probably end up coming back again. I purchased a 36H, and it fits true-to-size.I wear this bra in its regular formation on a daily basis for both work and leisure. It is just as comfortable as the expensive bras that I used to wear.I also use this bra for daily exercising. I use the additional X-hook, and I am able to increase the intensity of my workouts without any additional pain, discomfort, or excessive movement from my large chest. This is the first style of sports bra that I have been able to actually use for legitimate running, jumping, and moving that has actually delivered on support.Overall, is this the highest quality bra that I have ever bought? No, I have shelled out $100+ on a single bra before... many times. Do they do the same thing? Essentially. In some cases, this bra is even more comfortable.Is it going to last as long? Probably not. I have noticed a small amount of stretching, but that is what happens with bras of all styles at any price point. Even after hours of strenuous exercise, this bra has not stretched to the point that I have had to adjust the band or tighten the straps yet, so it's definitely not a deal-breaker.It's so rare to find a 36H bra that is sized correctly, robust enough to provide support, and priced affordably. It's not going to be the most sensual piece of undergarments in your drawer, but it's a workhorse that can pull it's weight--literally--in a variety of settings.Basically, I would rather buy 5 of these bras to live in daily than try to keep up with washing and delicately caring for a $100 bra.

I wear a 36D, but with this bra I had to upsize to 38D.I am not sure I am crazy about the lightly padded cups, or the shape they create, but I would put up with these aspects if the strap hook stayed hooked. I have other bras with this feature and they stay hooked during physical activity. This bra does not stay hooked if I move my shoulder blades together (a regular movement in both yoga and dance).If you look at the photos - the BLACK bra is the Syrokan High Impact Underwire - the black hook is shorter than the purple (one of my other bras), and the black loop is bigger. My opinion - this bra hook mechanism has a design flaw. The other thing to mention - when the hook comes undone, the straps don't hold snug hence the cups don't hold the girls snug either. This is less than ideal, especially when it happens regularly throughout class. I DO NOT recommend this for anyone looking for a racerback to wear during any movement that requires upper body movement.

I wanted to love this bra, but the sizing is weird. I ordered my normal size, 38D. The band was slightly too large. I have a measuring tape and my actual ribcage measurement under breasts is 37”. I wear a 38 band in every other bra I own. I hooked it on the tightest/smallest set of hooks and wished there were another set or two of hooks to make it tighter. I will say the band is nice and thick and I like the thick feel of the fabric. On to the cups- this 38D fit me like I was trying to stuff myself into a B cup! Tons of side boob spillage! It is very small in the cups. The cups are molded, thick fabric and the shape and feel of the fabric is very nice. Not paper thin so there is a tiny bit of modesty, but also no bulky padding. I returned it, but I may re-order in a smaller band size and MUCH bigger cup size to see if a different size will work. I will update when I receive the replacement.

The fit is great, and as a full figured woman there is great support. Also there is no dreaded uniboob look- it shapes and separates! I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN!

I am a 32E(DDD) typically but needed a 32F in this bra. The cups seem slightly small but the 32F fits perfectly. I ordered the black and plan on ordering more colors. I find this bra supports my cheast during my training and fitness dance workouts. I have to wear an encapsulation bra to workout as the compression bras do not offer any separation or support for my body type. You could definitely wear this bra outside of the gym. The black one has a slight dye smell that I noticed when I first opened the package. I hope this will fade over several washings. This bra is definitely friendly on the budget.

I tried 6 different styles of Syrokan underwire sports bras trying to replace my favorite playtex underwire sports bra thats no longer made.This is one that I likely would have kept because its a fit that works well for me. The cups are not too thin, but they are also not unnaturally molded or padded. They [WOULD] offer a natural & comfortable hold, except that there are these 2 weird flaps of extra material on the inside of the cups that are just annoying. Why are they there???Even though this is the one that was the best Fit for me personally, I'm rating it one of the lowest (2 stars) because its just a really dumb flaw that ruins a potentially otherwise great affordable bra.

This bra is great for high impact! It’s also minimizing. I’m a 32F & it held me in! I’d say if you’re petite it does run a bit big. I probably could go with the 32E, but it’s pretty comfy as is.

I have hunted for the ideal sports bra that doesn't budge when I run. I am a 32F and find some of the sport bras out there incredibly ugly and restricting. I don't want a bra that minimises my boobs when I run, I need a comfy bra that holds my boobs in place. I've tried Sweaty Betty, Shock Absorbers, Nike, M&S and other brands and just don't like any of them. Then along came this bra. It looks like a moulded t shirt bra and feels like one, the clasp on the back to make it a racer pulls you in but gives you movement still. And it is true to size. You must get this if you have big boobs, do high impact sports and don't want to squash your boobs in under your armpits. I wish they did them in more colours - like white - the grey one looks dirty. I have the maroon one and really, really like it.

Not putting a picture up because too much of my breasts where not in the bra, cup size completely wrong and I'm left with without a much needed sports bra........ Again! No idea what to do as I'm feeling that I have been left to guess what cup size to order because these companies seem to change the very definition. Not happy at all wasting time that I don't have repackaging and sending the items back to then wait for a refund. Wish I hadn't trusted the reviews

I find buying sports bras a nightmare, they are either too big, too small or not fit for purpose! This one was exactly what I was looking for, which initially was the racer back. This has a small discrete hook that transforms the normal straps into a racer back, perfect. So much so that I immediately bought a further 2 in different colours.

Please be aware these are US sizes and not UK. On the label the US and UK sizes are the same, which is not the case. The cups were way too small and the band is very generous. I'd advise sizing down in the band for sure and ordering your US size if it's available. The material is quite thin and I'm not sure how supportive these would be for any medium to high impact stuff. I suppose you get what you pay for with bras.

As a lady of a certain age i am tired of bras that allow a little more jiggle than necessary. Bought this on a recomendation from a friend. I am usually a FF but had to buy F and it is perfect.. Full support good shape and breathable. Thank you
