Yes it is. I just ordered a tube and it says 3c4 medium/deep on the tube. I have been using this for 20 years and I love it.

I wear 4n1 shell beige. what would be the closest to this color?

I use 1N3 Creamy Vanilla daytime and 2W1 Dawn for evening. I have a few brown spots on my face and both cover well. I did wear a light beige before I started with Estée Lauder camouflage foundation.

Does this cover up stretch marks? And Can i use this when going to the pool?

It provides an excellent coverage for spots. Maybe it could cover up stretch marks. It has Spf for solar protection and i think is water proof cause I cant take it out wihout cleansing bar.
