I’m 5’1ft and usually around a size10 in leggings, what size would you recommend?

I am a size 12 in leggings (5'5") and saw other reviews saying they come up very small so I ordered large but they were too tight on upper thigh, sent them back and got XL and they are perfect, good aftersales, no hassle with return and quick refund, hope this helps.
