Much better than other garages!
I got this for my two boys (2 and 4) last Christmas. They love it. Everyday they are doing something with it...hooking the crane up to some dump truck or plane and trying to pull it up the garage. I was hesitant to spend so much money, but I feel that it's worth it. Every kid that comes to our house is immediately drawn to it. Unlike some reviewers, we had no trouble with assembly. It's really intuitive and all we really needed were the pictures. It has never accidentally come apart (I had to take it partially apart once when my 4 year old put dish soap in the car wash, but that was easy) and the elevator has never been stuck. That alone makes it so much better than our Fisher Price Garage. I wish you could buy more cars with it though (those ones make it all the way down). We have a lot of cars that work with it and a few that can make it to the bottom without flipping over (Mater and one of our Lightning McQueens). Overall, it's a great toy!

FUN!
Purchased for 3.5 yr old twin boys for Christmas. Large enough for both to play easily without getting in each other's way. Comes with 2 cars. I spent an hour assembling it, and then another 30-40 minutes affixing the stickers. Other reviews stated that Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars work with the ramps...I found that those cars work to some extent but tend to roll over before reaching the bottom level; better to use Siku cars which are similar in size to Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars but are heavier and have a slightly lower center of gravity; we have about 10 Siku cars which seem to work perfectly every time. Our boys are just starting to find the other fun things about this garage such as the car wash, crane, and elevator. Excellent toy.

Assembly tips and review
Let me start by saying this thing is a giant plastic montsrosity next to our lovely wooden railway. But My 2 yr old absolutely loves it.After looking everywhere for a really nice garage with a tall, satisfying spiral (something styled like Plan Toys) and coming up empty, I reluctantly turned to the plastic models.I give it four stars because my son does love it but the cranks feel very cheap and are hard for him to turn.Another reviewer said that hotwheels type cars don't work in it. We have about 100 different little metal cars from numerous manufacturers. I have noticed that some cars work much better than others. Some go so fast that they fly over the side and others just get stuck because of their rubber wheels. It's lots of fun for my son to figure out how well a car will go down and pile ups require rescue missions. Id say this toy is fine with your hotwheels types cars. For assembly, look closely at the pictures but here are a few things I wish they had explained:*Think about how you want the colors to alternate on the floors and posts before you do start.1. The spiral can only go in one direction. Check that you went the right way after you put on the 2nd floor. I went the wrong way and had to redo the whole thing.2. To get the spiral to go the right way, once you put the three base pieces around the center, first add the garage and gas station on one piece. Turn the whole thing and put the car wash to the left of the garage. The car wash goes sideways to allow cars to enter from the side. Before putting on the car wash, find the little gap filler for the holes in the plate where a spiral could have connected. Its easier to do it before then at the end.3. The third side of the base plate is plain posts and this is where the second floor will open out to.4. face the elevator shaft door openings to the floor they are opening to.5. When you get to the top, lower the elevator a little before attaching it.6. Allow about 30 minutes for sticker application. I had too many of some and not enough for all of the stop signs and one of the billboards. My two yr old will never notice, but it irritated my OCD to be missing a few stickers!!Hope that helps for a smoother assembly. Id say maybe 45 minutes to assemble if you don't have to redo anything.UPDATE: My son has found more ways to play with this toy than I had imagined possible. He calls it his rescue center and plays alone for ages making up all kinds of scenarios. Believe me, this is the only toy in the house that holds his attention this way. He once dragged his rice sensory bin over to this an happily dumped the rice in, around and over this tower for over an hour (I just let him have at it and took a shop vac to the mess later). He has removed the top caps from the posts and conducts rescue missions recovering ill fated vehicles he drops down in the tubes. The elevator has become a mine shaft full of cars. As an adult, I would not have thought to use it this way, but he adores it. I am occasionally called in to help remove a car too crammed in to the tubes for hi to remove or to count down the start of a "fastest race car ever race." If you have a vehicle obsessed little boy, get this! I thought it was really expensive until I saw how expensive much smaller, less open ended (Playmobil) play sets are. Given the amount of play this has enjoyed, Id say it was great value. Of note, he never paid any attention to the "shop" or "carwash."

better directions
Directions were a little hard to follow, but pretty easy to put together without them. Its a little tall for my three yr old to reach the turn crank for the elevator. The crane doesn't really do anything except go up and down. You cant pick up one of the cars with it. He seems to like it though.

Wader Park 7 floor car park
Excellent quality car park, strong plastic and snaps together really well. Really large! Our 4 year old went banana's when he saw it.Even considering the $50AU shipping to get it to Perth Australia, easily the best value high quality car park on the market. The only downside is the 2 cars that come with it are hollow plastic and larger scale than most matchbox/hotwheels, but that is hardly worth considering and the kids certainly don't give a hoot. Also, it's really large! Really large footprint toy, but when it keeps the kids this busy for so long a worthy investment in space :)Buy it.

you expect it to be very sturdy and tough
For the price, it is very cheap plastic. We opened the box and started looking at the pieces, saw how flimsy they were and then returned it. Our 3 yr old son is very hard on toys so we knew that he would demolish this in a heartbeat. When you pay that much, you expect it to be very sturdy and tough.

Highly entertaining & huge
Takes some time to assemble but worth it. It’s huge, as tall as my 3 year old. Lots of moving parts which he loves. Give him a bucket of little cars to race down this and he is entertained for a long time.
