I used these when transporting my shotguns out of the country. They fit my 12 ga guns perfectly and help assure the flight agents that the gun is empty.

Just what I was looking for - a shotgun chamber flag that stays in place even when the bolt isn't closed. I wish the end that sticks out was a little wider with a hole in so I could put a piece of paracord in it but not a deal breaker. Excellent!!

Works great in 20 & 12 gauge. I like these because the stay in without the action closed and they’re small compared to other flags so they store easily. My son and I shoot trap & skeet so these can be easily removed at the line and they fit into a shotgun shell loop on our side bags.

Most other chamber flags are designed for the small chambers of rifles and pistols. They fall out too easily. These are good! They fit in a 12 gauge chamber and with a little effort they will work on a 20 gauge. The external flag part could be bigger for easier recognition.

Nicely constructed. Seems well made and durable. They fit the CB of my Baretta 1301 very well.

While it works well for shotguns, you'd hope that you could also quickly use it for other guns in a pinch. The "bow" in the middle makes it look like it can be flattened to go in thinner chambers, but the plastic is really hard and doesn't collapse. You're better off getting the general chamber flag, which will work for almost all your firearms. (see my picture on the right). That one IS flexible, and the curve will keep it from falling out of wider chambers. Safe shooting
