This is great for someone like me who is very much into fitness but has never been able to do a pull up. As a female it is harder to build upper arm strength but the very first day I used it I was doing 5 pull ups at a time in 3 sets. It really is amazing!!!

I’m 5’11 and weigh 152 pounds. This item was delivered a couple hours ago. Within a few minutes after my first use, the plastic buckle snapped while I was doing a pull-up. I was fine, but could have easily been seriously injured. This should not be on the market.

It didn’t magically make me able to do a pull up! But seriously, for someone who has trouble even hanging on the bar, this product was great. It’s helping me get stronger and was able to at least get half way to a full pull up. #babysteps.

This has worked great, stable and strong and my husband and I alternate so it is great for a range from 135 pounds to 205 pounds.

It just stretches. No real support to assist the pull-up. This and nothing was almost the same thing.

Well I used it a few times over the prior month. Today the plastic buckle snapped and left a huge welt on my stomach and inner thigh. Stay far away from this.Prior to it snapping, it seemed too long anyways to give a significant assistance. My prior bands were much better.

it really helps .. great for starters .. used it to help with pull-ups after shoulder surgery
