I have wanted a 2nd Apple Watch charger for awhile now, but as I’m sure most people are aware they are like $30-40 a pop from Apple themselves! So if you need a few extras for traveling or whatever, it can quickly get quite expensive...Enter this guy here. It cost me only $14, and I am happy to say it functions EXACTLY the same with charging times essentially identical to what I get from the 1st-party cable. However, this cable does have a couple bonuses including:- A more durable jacket between the power cord and charging puck, and a nylon-reinforced cable, both of which should keep this thing going for quite sometime.- A built-in leather strap. Yes, it’s not really that big of a deal but it’s one of those “nice to have” things that really does help to keep everything neat & tidy in your backpack!The only real con I can mention is it’s overall length at just over 3ft, but given I’m using this primarily as a travel-charger that’s perfect for me.If you are looking for an extra charger for the road, your office, or just another part of the house (because you’re too lazy to walk back to your bedroom and grab yours each time you want to charge), go ahead and scoop this up you will not regret it.

When you can find off-brand cables everywhere for roughly the same price, it's nice to find one with a better look and feel. This one comes with a braided cable that will work much better when I'm traveling, and a nice little leather wrap to tie it off (I need to punch another hole in the strap to make it tight enough for my desk use, but it'll be fine for packing in the luggage). Can't ask it to do much more than work, and it does that with way more style than just another white cable (note, it doesn't come with the watch stand). Highly recommend!

I needed a cable that I could dedicate to my travel bag. After reading reviews and looking at pictures, I settled on this cable. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I paid around $13.00 USD for the cable. The cardboard package came shrink wrapped. Inside was the cable, the leather strap and the plastic product holder. I wished they used cardboard for the product holder.The leather strap is a nice feature as similarly priced cables do NOT come with this accessory.The cable itself is covered in a braided sheath that has good flexibility. I have several braided cables where the wire is stiffer and less flexible. This is rather supple and bends nicely, allowing me to adjust it's position easily.The USB plug is well made and comes with a rubber boot to keep the connection secure. Unfortunately, the USB plug is not marked so you know which is the top, but I can mark it myself.The charging pod is well made with a metal base and a rubber boot for the cable.I tested it with my Apple Watch and it charged quickly. I saw no problems.If you are looking for a good quality charging cable, I believe this would be a great choice.

I was hoping this would work, I have a cat that likes to bite the regular white ones and ruin them. I have a similar charger for my phone made of this material and I love it. This watch one would barely charge above 50%, took a long time to do so, and became very hot which I’m assuming isn’t good for the watch or in general. Sometimes it would only go up to like 30%.I missed the return window but I ended up having to buy an apple charger and just hiding it from the cat. So this one is now one of those junk drawer items. I see others have a similar experience so I guess some work and some are doing this. I have the first edition watch for reference.Wish it has worked, again I like the material and the price was better than Apple by a lot.

Ordered this charger after leaving my Apple one at someone’s house while on vacation. Was thrilled to have the one day shipping option. I was nervous about using an off brand but this charger has worked great. I’ve used it to charge my watch every night for 2.5 weeks so far without any problems. No getting hot & in fact it seems to line up more effortlessly than the Apple one. I have to make sure that one is just right on the back or I’ll wake up to a low watch. I like the braided rope style cord & am happy that I will have a travel charger when I get my old one back. I should’ve bought a second one a long time ago. I’d definitely recommend this one to anyone wanting a spare or replacement.

I'm using this cable /charger with an Apple Watch 5. The cable itself looks great, it's much nicer than the standard Apple cable or any of the third party cables I've seen. It charges the watch like it's supposed to however for some reason my watch beeps several times when in use as if the magnet loses connection. However when I look at the watch, it's still charging so there's something going on with this cable that the magnet is not as strong as the Apple charger and it might slip off for a second, therefore losing connection, and making the watch beep.

I needed an extra one of these bad boys for my work desk and I absolutely live this . It charged just as fast as the original Apple one and it’s kinda stylish . I like the leather clip and the navy stripes

Got the cable in yesterday, it came in with a nice package. The cloth wrap around cable seems durable and also came in with a leather cable organizer. Would definitely order again.
