Chair came much quicker than stated in the shipping estimate. Chair came in a wooden crate and more time was spent removing it from the box than assembling it :) Assembly was pretty straight forward, the video was a little out of date as they have upgraded the seat and footrest but it wasn't too difficult to follow. The chair is amazing and paired with a 45" LG OLED awesome gaming experience. I was afraid the distance from chair to monitor being static would be a problem but it is perfect for me. During assembly there was some minor corrosion on the packing bolts and some small amount of rust in some of the holes but it was minor and the company already reached out to discuss ways to prevent it in the future. Communication with the seller was outstanding. The chair is quite heavy but does have wheels so it is not impossible to move after assembly. The range of motion is great and easy to find a perfect position. Overall extremly happy with the quality and comfort of this chair.

The chair was super-late but they made it up to me big-time! The easecomfy chair I got was not only well built but has nice "bling" (color LED arrays that can be any color). I have a bad back sometimes so pitching it up takes the weight off my lower back. The chair itself is quite comfortable and has built-in massager! It's adjustable in lots of ways and seems to be able to handle just about any size monitors (I have 3 32-inch, the outside ones curved). Assembly was not hard but an extra set of hands would come in handy. There is a video available to help.

I’ve been wanting a chair like this for a long time and finally got the opportunity to get this chair. First impressions of the chair are awesome it’s everything I imagined it to be and more. Jason from their team also reached out to me keeping me updated on shipping tracking as it was headed over from China to the us. He was exceptionally helpful through the entire process and answered any questions I have. Truly great customer service. Note that this doesn’t come with an instruction manual on how to put it together which made it harder to assemble however it was fairly straight forward. Overall very satisfied with the chair it looks awesome it’s comfortable. Not sure if their customer service or the chair is better (kidding of course the chair is). Really great buy if you’re thinking of picking one up it comes with everything you need from mounting hardware for monitors to a surge protector ore installed. Note if you have a triple prong power cable (us configuration) you’ll need a surge protector but 2 prong works with the built in surge protector. Thank you again for the chair absolutely awesome
