What has changed in my life to make me want this?
Im glad I saw the review that mentioned that the red paint on the body wasn't very well done. I opted for the mostly gold version and Im glad I did, what little red is on the body looks to have been applied by a monkey or maybe a raccoon. The less red the better. Aside from that its a cool statue for those who are trying to make a room in their basement look like an old, back alley, 24 hour chinese food restaurant. Thats me. The face in particular is really well painted, very detailed. If I could show my 15 year old self this statue and tell him that I would one day spend $50 on it and put it in a display case in my house, he’d slap me and call me a liar.

Cai Shen is a great business and wealth god
Is me. This statue came right on time around the new moon and at the end Mercury retrograde. Now I can I focus better on my financial magick and bring a new energy and power into my office setting. I am so happy to have Cai Shen in the house, and I can't wait start working with him.
