Good book... this is for the guy or gal who is new to the business or had never managed multiple stores. KISS... “keep it simple stupid”.... this book covers the BASIC basics. If you aren’t already doing everything in this book then it will be helpful... this is the beginners manual, but sadly most service managers aren’t even at this level.Good book for those just starting out and a good reminder for those who know what they are doing. Mad props to Chris Collins for smashing 50 bucks out of me for basic info lol.

I'm in HVAC and the book is for Automotive. Hoping to still get something out of it.

You have to get this book. You need to read it 6 or 8 times. Each time you pick up a great lesson you missed the first time.

This is a great read and the first book I have read in a long time... This gives me a lot of great ideas and tools to make a difference in my Service Department. If you are a working service manager or looking to be one you must read it....

There is nothing like this out there! If this is your job, there is no better resource. Some typos but nothing you can't get past.

Some people can figure out what the keys to success in a particular area are, here is one really good example.

Chris is on point! If your in service you must read his books! I have preached his message for years and people don't always pick up on the ideals, if they listen to Chris, lets just say IT WORKS!
