Problems with remote and yellow marker
The LED screen is nice. The remotes didn't work for our board, but MyLine LLC exchanged without question. One of the second remotes did not work and it did take me quite awhile to contact them again, but was sent another replacement. We really like the board. It has many different settings. We wish there were more marker colors to buy and in some background colors the marker colors sometimes look the same. We used it to show the menu for our wedding and now use it to show the beer we have in our bar. My husband loves it. Update -- We have had this board for over 3 years. It still works, but almost immediately the yellow marker stained the board. We tried everything to get it off, but nothing works. We can now only use the white marker since we can't light the board up due to the yellow staining. Still a good product, but ruined from the yellow marker.

Great value, amazing quality board, non-functioning remote.
Board arrived before expected delivery date, which was amazing as we approached Christmas. The item itself exceeded expectations. Colors are vibrant and options many. This item would have received a 5 star rating, but the remote control did not work right out of the box. Amazon returns are set up in a manner that allows only for a complete return, rather than a replacement remote. My only complaint would be this process should be simpler. This board was definitely worth every penny paid, even without the remote.

Couldn't be happier that we researched for months and choose THIS writing board over all others! It is truly amazing and I am sure it will get a lot of attention at my wife's craft shows she does! The quality is outstanding! The product was packaged very well and we even went back on-line and purchased the stand as the price was so good! Highly recommend to anyone!You will be amazed!!!

My daughter loves to doodle so I got this for her room for Christmas. She loves it and it is really cool in her room.Update: This still works greats 9 months later. Recently my dog chewed the cord and MyLineLLC replaced it without any hassle. You cant go wrong with this purchase.

I ordered a few writing boards for my business. So far it turned out it's the best one that I have. It comes with a well packed box. The accessories are in a separated small box. The manual is readable and I can easily follow. The board is bright, vivid with markers on. I must say everything is perfect. would recommend to anyone who is looking for LED sign board
