I have previously ordered custom embroidered patches from other suppliers and have been disappointed with the length of time it took for the order to arrive, but not this time! The listing stated how long it should take to receive a customized order, and can you believe it? It arrived 3 days AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!As to quality, the name tapes I ordered are top rate! I have nothing to complain about, and neither will you!

Terrible quality and even worse customer service.I ordered a name tag and what I received was completely unacceptable—crooked alignment and uneven letters. When I reached out, I was basically told “oh well” and that there were no refunds. No accountability, no offer to fix the issue, just a dismissive response. Save your money and go elsewhere.

was mislead thinking it was hook and loop second patch I order smh. Made it work with Velcro strips and super glue. Read carefully! Other than that patch looks good.

Damn finally USPS sucks when it comes to delivery they tell you it's delivered and it don't come for another week damn near. Great product will order again hopefully USPS drop it off when they say they will.
