Where I live (Ohio) they run $10-$14/ea for these size bottles in store, so $17 for two is a great deal for us.

You get one 16 ounce bottle of each sauce.

How come they expire the week I received them?

Expiration date of food from Amazon is always a crap shoot. I've received food that expired the day before i ordered it.

How long will this keep in my fridge after opening the bottle?

I go by expiration date on bottle, hope this helps.
