Just what I wanted! Photos show that amazing note in Falling, with the help of this songbook, now I know EXACTLY what the pitch & length. ;) Only thing that would make this better was if it had bowing markings for violin.

If you are a casual/intermediate pianist and want to play these songs as piano solos, this book is fine for you, as it would be more appropriately sold as a piano solo book. But as a professional pianist looking for accompaniments as close to the recording as possible (which is what you should expect in a PGV score), these transcriptions are TERRIBLE. In every song, you can get glimpses of the instrumental accompaniment, but it’s dropped every time the vocals come in so that the vocal line can be written into the piano score. It’s ridiculous, especially since there is a separate vocal score. It’s also incredibly annoying that “Lights Up” was transcribed a half step lower than the recording. I’ve spent hours rewriting the piano score... in the photos you can compare the printed score with my editing to see how different they are and make an informed personal decision as to whether this book is right for you.

There were no strumming patterns or even if there was a capo needed for some of these songs it would’ve been really helpful to have strumming patterns but otherwise it’s helpful.
