Cuttlebug and Nestibilities for Cards and Tags
If you want a versatile and useful set of cutting dies these will fill the bill. Although it took me a while to master using the Nestabilities on my Cuttlebug, and an additional purchase of Spellbinders' mats for embossing, I now use these regularly in both scrapbooking and card making. The directions although adequate were rather brief, so I turned to YouTube to understand how to use these. Once I learned how to cut, change plates, flip the die, add the mat and emboss with these dies, the results were quite nice… good clean cuts with a lovely embossed edge. Also, I purchased the Large Classic Ovals set as well for a smaller matting edge between multiple layers of cardstock. The large set starts with a slightly larger oval than the small set with each oval in the large set getting SMALLER. Yes, the sets overlap, but none of the dies are exactly the same. This system was confusing at first, so I had to go to the web to understand it. If you want to make sure you get the right coordinating dies, you can purchase a set of 4 dies as a group. Finally, I wouldn’t recommend inking the die itself to make an inky edge as some suggest on YouTube. I prefer inking or painting the paper after cutting. Here are my pros and cons:Cons: Expensive! The price is high and you need to buy mats as well to emboss. Takes some time to learn how to use the system. Need multiple sets for the best effect. It is confusing when you start.Pros: Makes a nice cut and clear embossed edge. Can be used with Cuttlebug as well as other die cutting systems. Lots of dies are available to purchase and expand your collection. Some of the dies work together to make great lacy edges. Useful! I now have even mats for cards and tags without fussing with the cutting. Lots of information on YouTube and the internet to explore. All in all, I am very pleased I purchased these and invested the time and money.

Small Oval dies
These Nestabilities oval dies are nice and cut well but if looking for larger oval dies, try Hero Arts D1337 -- found on amazon for less than other sites offered them). I ordered these Spellbinder dies thinking the size would work but when I received them and placed the largest die along stamps bordering edge, it chopped off the outer edge instead of including it. The Nestabilities are nice but was not what I was looking for. The Hero Arts oval dies are not the skinny oval which is also what I need for my project. I gave the Nestabilities dies 5 stars as it is not the fault of the product that they did not work out for current project.

these are really nice dies
these dies work really well and are easy to store after I take them out of the packaging they come in and fight to take off the deadly tape off the back of each die. I use undo adhesive remover if my adhesive eraser doesn't work. it tears the card they come on to remove them. however, I have adapted to that and I only have to do it one time. other wise I really enjoy them.

Good die
I use the larger 3 all the time, but the other two are too small for my use. Maybe someone can tell me how to used them. They make have a good use but I haven't found it yet. They DO cut clean. If I could use all 5 they would get a 5.

These are really good quality and I will use them a lot
These are really good quality and I will use them a lot, but I wish they would put all the sizes in one pack instead of making you buy two separate sets in order to get the in between sizes.

Basic ovals are a must-have in making greeting cards
I emboss this oval while it is still in the die and make a dozen or so larger ones in white to have on stand-by. I find coupling white ovals with pastel ovals in another size is often the base of a card. I just add a folded cardstock rectangle base, a central figure, a fun message, some twine or ribbon, maybe a button or three, or a couple of fish-tail tags and my card is done!

Essential one!
I enjoy using Spellbinders. I use many different shapes but haven't found use for the very little ones yet. Would be nice if those were replaced with the in between sizes. Using all the correct tools makes a perfect result.

Small Classic Ovals dies are excellent!
I enjoy using this set of dies with the large classic set on cardmaking, and like the way they coordinate with each other. It makes my cards look more professionally done, and its appearance is more satisfying which makes me feel good about sending the card to persons I care about. The service was excellent, and I will be back to order other items from Spellbinders in the future.

these also work great on their own
Just what I needed to go with some other co-ordinating dies that I own (also from Spellbinders). Although, these also work great on their own.

Great - but smaller than you might think.
These are the great standard you expect from Spellbinder, althought they are are smaller than I expected. Nevertheless a great additional to my die collection.

A Crafter's Must-have
As with all Spellbinder Dies - these are no exception and expand, with ease, one's creativity. The price is excellent and I thoroughly recommend them to crafters who have thus far yearned for such Dies.
