I bought this mainly to see if it would help me with my insomnia and I think it is working. I put a drop on the back of my neck, on my temples and on my wrists when I go to bed. I also diffuse it. It doesn't have quite the scent I enjoy so I usually add a drop of frankincense or lavender to balance the scent.

This stuff is amazing! A friend of mine, a rep for Young Living, recommended it for sleep. It really is an amazing natural sleep aid, with no groggy side effects you'd get from medication. It works by helping your body release its own melatonin. Puts you into a deep sleep and you feel great the next day. I rub a little on my temples and behind my ears- just a drop or two. I use it with Young Living's lavender oil. This company really is superior in the essential oil industry, I've been using their products for a while. Don't waste your time and money on other companies.

Didn’t realize it was for pain never tried it for that should of had paper intructions

I use it in a diffuser sometimes throughout the night too. Lovely smell that fills the room. Cedarwood is good for mental focus and clear thinking. I do notice the difference when using it. I realize the aroma is appropriate for me right now and if the smell gets too strong than I won't need it anymore. Young Living is a high quality brand and I'm happy with this product.
