not what I expected. 2 disks arrived both loose and rattling around in the case. One disc of some guy talking, the other just an hour of the same wave noises over and over. I bought this thinking it would help me sleep better but it actually kept me awake longer than usual.

I am suffering from anxiety and tension and purchased this CD to help with sleep and relaxation. It arrived promptly and within the time frame expected and is definitely helping me to get to, and stay asleep. I am very happy with my purchase, thank you.
