Life Ionizer MXL-11 Under Counter Alkaline Water Ionizer

I bought the Life Ionizer MX-7 with the special faucet and the unit started to say I needed a filter. I called Life Ionizers and they said it wold be a few MONTHS before they have filters. Every time I call them they have a different story on why I cannot get filters. Do not buy one of these units. I do not believe they do much of anything a simple filter would not do. I do get alkaline water from it but our water is alkaline from the tap. So I am not sure it even works. I have never been able to lower it to less than 9 which is alkaline. 7 is neutral. It's never been able to put out acidic water which it is supposed to do. I will be taking them to small claims court to see if I can get some of my money back.

I really like the product but there are issues. I started getting sediment in the water that looked like salt and found out that because my water is hard I had to buy additional filters to clean the unit every few months. Then my water started smelling like sulpher or rotten eggs. I have tried to call several times, left several messages, and sent email requests to try to resolve the problem. After several weeks I have not gotten a response to any of the attempts I have made to contact their customer support department. Their customer service is non existant.

I tried ordering through email which worked fine before but now there's no response. I tried communicating through their website, still no response. I don't know what they're doing there but it seems that they're crashing down. When you order their machines you would expect far more better customer service, but they don't value that.

Owned this product since 2018. Cant get filters replaced. Customer service is non-existent.

I have a M11 UC I purchased in January 2015.I have called customer service a few times to be sure I was making proper adjustments on my water machine. If techs were not available immediately, they called back within a very short time and thoroughly explained the very simple procedures for adjustments and explained how to carefully handle the filters in the future. 1st impressions = They really care about their customers!

I am completely happy with my machine. I had a couple questions when setting it up but their customer service was extremly helpful and friendly. The water tastes great which is huge for me because I am highly critical of the taste of water. Before I purchased my ionizer there was only one brand on bottle water I would drink because I felt the others tasted like chemicals.

I purchased the M11 under counter model about 3 months ago in tandem with a whole house filtration system. The poor quality Dallas water was transformed into great tasting alkaline, purfied, or acidic water. The above the counter tap matches my faucet well and is easy to use.
