Poor Customer service
The disk has bad sectors. DataRam main number redirected me to another number. Left messages on the number. No response from them. I cannot have my credit card people pay for extended warranty without a response on warranty from the manufacturer.Product going bad is acceptable but no response from customer service is NOT.
