Absolutely! Does a great job protecting color.

This is the only conditioner I use after shampooing. It is very good for color teated hai.

This, or any other product for that matter, will do nothing for heat damage. You'll have to cut it off or grow it out until you're comfortable enough to cut it off. That said, I swear by any Giovanni conditioner. This one I put on and sit under the dryer or work out (with a plastic cap on top) to generate some heat. Leaves my hair moisturized, manageable and does wonders for my natural curls. It's a good buy.
