Phenomenal All Mountain Grip
I run these tires on my Nomad (26x2.35) and my GF's Fuel EX (26x2.10) and they simply work! I haven't found a terrain they don't work great on! We regularly ride on rocks, loose gravel, sand, mud, jagged rocks, slick rock, snow, ice, etc. I have yet to spin out on even the hardest of grueling climbs!I have over 800 miles on my set and neither one shows any real signs of wear, the sidewalls are tough at 120tpi and they hold up to everything I have thrown at them.

Hit those corners
I have a Santa Cruz Blur TR. It has 130m of travel front and back. It came with the Maxxis Crossmark 2.1; I love those tires for the road or light trails, but they do not exude confidence on the local DH trails, so I upgraded? to the Continental Vertical 2.3 wire, descent tires, but a lot of rolling resistance and odd tread pattern that doesnt make them much better than the stock tires I had on before. I also noticed a litAnyway, lets talk about the Maxxis High Roller's 60a, 26*2.35. So grippy!! I love these tires, they exude so much more confidence downhill sections and climb like a goat, no joke. Great times. The only con is that they are terribly slow compared the Maxxis crossmark, but then we are talking about 2.1 vs 2.3, so no biggy, its not a road bike. I am running these on front and back.

Good UST Tire
I'm running this tire tubeless on the rear of my 2011 Fuel EX 8 on the stock wheel. Used the Bontrager rimstrip and Stan's valve and it airs up with a floor pump. No sealant necessary unless you want puncture protection. Running this on the rear and a Maxxis Ignitor (also UST) on the front seems to be the perfect setup for me and the trail I usually ride.I like the grip it gives in climbing loose dirt, rocks, roots. The sidewall seems to be much stronger (inherently so, due to UST?) than the rear specific WTB Velociraptor I was using. I liked the grip of the Velociraptor but it felt like it had too much squirm on the corners.

Heavy but get the job done
I've got an AM bike and use these DH specific tires for DH, dirt jumping, XC...everything. They're a little heavy for XC'ing but they're not made for that in mind. They've held up really well so far DH'ing. I've got them setup tubeless on some DT Swiss EX400 rims. Set them up the night before I started riding on them and so far after about 3 weeks of riding them they haven't lost a single pound of pressure. Great tread, haven't had this much confidence in my front end in awhile.

Not 2.1 inches
Are you kidding me? I currently have 2.1 inch Schwalbe tires, I measured them and they are truly 2.1 inches, These Maxxis High Rollers are 1.7 inches at the most! Huge difference, they look like road tires compared to the Schwalbes. Look like great tires if they were of the correct diameter, but they are way off. They even say 26" x 2.1" on the tire, but they barely reach 1.8 inch, closer to 1.7 inch. Highly disappointed. Guess I have to order 2.4 inch to get 2.1 inch tires

Deformado
2 años después de montarlo y unos 2300 km, encuentro que le ha salido una deformación, como un bulto... tendré que cambiarlo. Para el uso que le doy, que es 70% pista, considero que se ha desgastado en exceso. Cambio mi valoración a 1 estrella.

Solo Maxxis
ottima scorrevolezza , aderenza in frenata impeccabile . La 2.35 é il giusto compromesso al post per enduro , mescola semi dura
