I love that it relieved my pain almost immediately after use i will advise to wash hands afterwards as you touch your face it will burn it.

It's gonna burn ya if you are not careful. It works!!!!! but be careful and don't rub too much on. it will itch a little but after you shower, WOW it burns like heck. I learned that a little goes a long way with this product!

The trouble with capsaicin ointments is that it's hard to wash off the residue after you apply them, with potential unpleasant consequences when you carelessly rub your eyes or, yeah, use the bathroom. PainBloc is roll-on like your fave deodorant. You never have to get it anywhere but the targeted area, where it relieves pain without causing more of it.

This product works very well on my lower back. Provides lasting heat and relief for hours. BUT, they need to make a better value size as this will on last maybe a couple weeks or less. So much on bottle, marketing, shipping, etc, can’t imagine cost would be much higher for standard 3oz bottle.

Knee pain it helped some what, shoulder pain it help a little bit. Neck cramp (no). I wouldn't recommend, using it on the neck area.

Something better than Benay or any of those other over the counter products. I have issues with my knees and my thumbs, and it requires a lot of being gay or salonpas or icy hot. I decided to try this product and boy was I disappointed. Didn’t even touch the issue. No relief whatsoever complete and total waste of money not to mention when I turned it upside down to rub it on my knee the rolling ball came out and it poured all over my leg. I won’t be buying this product again.
