easy to work with
This is my first time using cotton yarn and it was so easy to work with. It wasn’t super soft so I made a bag with it which it was the perfect material for. I also started a mesh sweater and it feels softer in a mesh stitch, so it can also be used for clothing. It doesn’t fray and it’s easy to unravel, it’s just really nice to work with. I also love the color I got, it’s like a soft neutral brown

fantastic yarn, beautiful color
Easy yarn to work with. I crocheted a cabled sweater for my 2 yo with this and same yarn in blueberry, and the gauge is just right for thick cables without making the fabric too bulky. Caution to the chemical wise: this yarn is treated with something but after some time outside it dissipated. To offgas I recommend keeping the yarn in a paper bag in the sun, to let the chemicals escape but protect the color from fading. It's pretty much impossible to find yarn that hasn't been treated with a pesticide but I'll keep trying other brands until I do or see that bernat has stopped this practice.

Basic Cotton Yarn
This yarn is a basic Cotton yarn. It's a bit of a smaller skein than your typical peaches and cream brand (peaches and cream 2oz/ bernat 1.75 oz) the price I got the six pack for makes it on par with other cotton yarns and was glad I could just have it delivered with prime. So I'm pleased with my purchase.

Smaller than you think
I completely underestimated how much was actually in the package. It's not very much all told, and the skeins are tiny. I've included a picture with a standard set of scissors for scale. Other than that it's fine. A bit less soft than I might have hoped, but useable.

Pretty but not for blankets
I bought this expecting to be able to make my daughter a blanket. There's not nearly enough for that. The texture is more like what you want for making crocheted/knitted washrags... the colors are vibrant and it's easy to use... it doesn't split easily... it's kind of coarse but it's still pliable.

Great quality yarn!
If you aren't familiar with bernat yarns, they are very high quality yarn! I crocheted 6 kitchen 9"x9" dish cloths with these 6 skeins. The last ones I made lasted about 20 years. Chose darker teal to match my kitchen decor. Great yarn...at a very good price.

This is very coarse yarn
This yarn felt more like twine. I used it to make a shawl and have yet to wash it, but it was not pleasant to work with, it is heavy, not soft and light, it felt like something you would use to make a coat. It might soften up a bit with washing, but it won't get lighter in weight. I feel I wasted my time and money. I have knitted for 35 years and I should have sent this back the day I got it. I realized how sub par it was when I bought another brand of yarn to do an Aran sweater for my husband. The feel and weight of Red Heart Yarn, even their super saver jumbo yarn is far superior to this yarn. This yarn split easy, had no give to it, and was hard to get an even tension. Do not waste your money on this.
