Better in a spray as it absorbs quickly. Has a strong menthol smell but that passes . A little goes a long way and it cools the skin too.The pain relief is quick too and it lasts.*Don't spray on open cuts, it hurts, a lot*

Used it for years, probably the best cyrotherapy spray on yhe market, well for me anyway.

I purchased these because I could not get the large spray bottle. I find with bio freeze that the spray is the best way to apply. We would not be without this it works brilliantly. Bringing the feeling of warmth once it is on( although cold when it goes on) and then although it feels warm on your skin your skin is cold do a double whammy of help. Simply superb

Have used the gel for years but the spray is really good as you can spray directly onto hard to reach areas.

I really wanted it to work better than it did. I don't feel it particularly freezes the area. It's cooling and smells nice but not exactly a freeze spray!
