Cupping Therapy Set - 6 Face and Body Cups - Massage Therapy for Lymphatic Drainage Cleanse, Get Rid of Wrinkles and for Cellulite Treatment

I bought this set because I had read about the benefits of cupping massage for cellulite and facial toning and this set had the perfect sized cups for both my face and my legs. I regularly get fire cupping along with acupuncture done by a professional so I know a little bit about traditional cupping. These cups work good for massage cupping. If you are looking to do more traditional cupping, I would chose a plastic set with a pump as you will get much more suction than ever possible with these. I tried the facial cupping once so far after watching as many youtube videos as I could find and researching a ton. I would consider myself pretty savy with beauty procedures having done many strange things to myself in the past, including microneedling and dermaplaning. Facial cupping was much more difficult than anything I've tried before! After doing it once I don't know that I would ever do it to myself again, and I wouldn't recommend you to do it either. It is very difficult to know what amount of suction is right for the delicate tissue on the face. Not to mention these cups make it extremely difficult to get just a light amount of suction. I was very caution and tried to be extremely light with the suction pressure, only very gently squeezing the cup while placing it and I ended up with several bruised areas on my face that took about a week to go away. As far as the larger cups go for cellulite massaging, that is much more harmless. You may still bruise but it's not that big of a deal when it's not on your face. I havent noticed a reduction in cellulite, but I also am not doing it nearly as often as I need to be. All in all, this is a decent set if you are looking for a massage cupping set.

I love cupping, and needed to add more to my collection so I can cup larger areas at a time. The dislikes I have for this particular set are that the silicone is thick, so it makes squeezing difficult and requires multiple attempts. The two elongated pieces are absolutely useless and do not stick anywhere. I should have just ordered a 4 pack of the regular styled cups.

My husband has done cupping therapy a couple of times with an acupuncturist. He really loved it and said it relieved his problem spots on his back. However, when he did it, he had very heavy, dark, and large bruising all over his back and shoulders. I ordered this Cupping Therapy Set - 6 Face and Body Cups a while ago; but, was hesitant to try it at home since I have seen his bruises. Finally, I gathered up the courage to try it and watched hours of videos to see the best way to approach cupping therapy at home. I decided to try it on my husband's legs, calves, and thighs and work my way to his back, shoulders, etc. I used oil to be sure that these cups slid nicely and he absolutely loved it. I made sure to not leave the cups in one spot for too long since I did not want him to have bruises. After doing the cupping therapy on him for 45 minutes; he said that he loved it and it relaxed him. I asked him to try it on me for a bit and it definitely is relaxing. As I did this cupping therapy on him, it did not hurt my fingers like when I massage him. It definitely worked well for us and I agreed to do this at least once a week on him. The cups are plastic and grips okay.Overall, this Cupping Therapy Set - 6 Face and Body Cups is a great started kit for in home use. I will continue to be careful since I definitely do not want the massive bruises that he got after his cupping therapy sessions. Disappointment. Cheap quality. Uncomfortable, slippery, bad suction. Did not see results.

There 6 silicone face and body cups. There are 2 large, 2 regular, 1 facial cup, and 1 mini face cup. There is also a blue facial scrubber. It comes in a teal drawstring bag too. The suction is adjusted by how hard you squeeze them before applying it.The large cups are good for the back and thigh areas. The regular cups are for medium sized areas and limbs. The facial cup is good for the face, jaw, and neck. The mini facial cup is good for the nose and eyes.I would only use the facial cup and mini facial cup for a massage only. If you apply it for more than 5 minutes it could cause bruising on your face. I applied some coconut oil for a massage using the facial cups. The mini facial cup is very small and it didn't have as much suction and kept popping off. The facial scrubber is very soft and gentle on my face. It is for exfoliation.I applied the large cups to my lower back and left on it for 10 minutes. It left some bruising, which is normal. It will take a couple of weeks for the bruises to go away.Overall, the silicone cups are made from very thick silicone. They will not break easily. The set has many different sizes for different parts of the body. They do provide temporary pain relief. This is a great at home use cupping therapy set.
