Satisfying Experience
I am using this set with a surface book 3. The keyboard and mouse pair seamlessly with it, and I have not experienced any lagging. The set is super functional so far. The mouse is small, but is shaped well. The keyboard keys depress easily and land softly when you type—a very satisfying feel. It is compact and black which looks elegant on a clean desk. The Bluetooth connectivity allows me to use a hardline internet connection with an Ethernet to USB adapter. The surface book has no Ethernet port, and my previous keyboard set would lag because the Ethernet/USB adapter diverts too much power away from the port that fed the old keyboard’s usb receiver. So this set delivers a solid amount of value. What I need now is an ergonomic wrist support pad to go with it.

Much better than any Logiteck! The best keyboard on the market.
This is the only keyboard I will buy after I got it and have tried it out. Up until now I always used to buy Logitech but I am fed up with them. I hate the limitation on how many devices can be attached through their goofy dongle. The beauty of this keyboard is that it is a bluetooth keyboard that doesn't require a USB dongle, if you order the right model. The keys are snappier than Logitechs too, and I have had a few MX Keys, which all went in the dumpster a few days ago. No lag on connecting for me like some people complain about.

Bluetooth keyboard & mouse, no wires, no dongle! Cross platform compatible!
This bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo works across multiple devices and operating systems. Syncs to windows devices flawlessly without dropping connection or losing synchronization, when within range. Works fine on Apple and Android phones, but I do however have issues with this combo on my Android TV Box. It keeps losing synchronization, and it's so annoying having to re-sync the mouse and keyboard to my atv box. Another issue, is keys don't always register when typing. I was going to send it back because of this but I decided to keep it. It may have other uses.

Best little bluetooth set!
I love this keyboard and mouse set! It was super easy to sync to my Surface Pro 4 and it doesn't take up much room on my small writing desk I have in my new WFH space. I also love that it doesn't require anything to be plugged into the only USB port on the my surface tablet. There is some mention of the mouse being hard to turn off and having to re-sync it to the computer that I had read before buying. I found when I read the installation instructions, that if you hold down the bluetooth button on the bottom of the mouse for too long it will go into sync mode causing you to have to resync the device again. But! If you only press very quickly the bluetooth button it will turn off and when you go to turn it back on again it wont have to be resynced. It is quite easy but I can definitely see where the confusion can come from. My only complaint about the keyboard is that it doesn't have little feet to allow for it to be tilted but honestly that is such a small inconvenience that, to me, it's hardly noticeable at times. Other than that, this little keyboard works flawlessly and in my opinion, awesome!

Function Keys dont default to F1-F12
I didn’t find any real issues with this keyboard. It is awesome. The fact that you can use it on PCs iPads android devices TVs the Xbox and any other device that supports Bluetooth provides much value. The fact that you do not have to carry around cables is awesome. The mouse works flawlessly. The only caveat if you wanna call it that is when use the first time the function keys do not function as function keys rather they function as the picture depicted on the function key. To change this to function as function keys simply press Fn key and the Caps key simultaneously and from that point on the function keys will function as function keys. To use a picture function simply press the Fn key along with the picture key. Or you could also switch it back to the pictures full-time by pressing the caps button and the FN button simultaneously.

solved a huge problem
for years I used my tv in the family room as my media hub. I always kept a MS pc underneath the screen(s) and used a wireless keyboard and mouse to control from my coffee table. Cool . Anyway, I upgraded TV recently and took the extra step of running power, hdmi, coax, and ethernet outlets behind the TV for a wireless..clean look. I ran the HDMI to my office with the extra benefit of have PC now hard wired to the router. Where my plan fell short was the radio/wireless keyboard and mouse. Tried a couple different models and none of them worked through walls.. DOH. That was a major bummer. So remembering that my bluetooth headset worked all the way from my phone to mailbox.. I jumped when I saw this keyboard and mouse combo. Works beautifully.. whole house.. anywhere. It's a super nice combo and real happy. It does not have any kick stand on the keyboard to tilt it up so it you are used to that.. this one lays flat.

Bluetooth unreliable
Like others who purchased this keyboard, I found the Bluetooth connectivity unacceptable. It would "go to sleep" countless times a day and require some random number of keystrokes to wake up again. However, unlike others, I like the feel of the keyboard, so I tried an experiment: I purchased a Bluetooth dongle and inserted it into my PC to see if that would make a difference. It fixed the problem 100%. No more "falling asleep", no more zombie keystrokes that don't produce characters on the screen. Of course, no one should have to buy a Bluetooth dongle in order to make their Bluetooth keyboard work. So, still one star. But if you love the keyboard and you're willing to put out even more money to make it work, an external dongle should do it.

After a couple of tries with cheap cost I decided to have this based on the ratings. I am happy about the delivery and satisficed about its usage worth for the money you spend.

Happy with this purchase. I use the keyboard and mouse for an 8-hour work day, every day. I've been using it for about a month with no complaints. Battery power is great and it's nice to have the number pad on the right. Bluetooth is great too, no issues at all.

It’s very annoying to wait a few days and the. receive a box with an English keyboard on the cover, but then when you open it, it turned out to be an Arabic keyboard

If this review provides the info you need before buying, please consider marking it "Helpful", as that's very helpful for reviewers! I wanted to replace my trusty old Logitech keyboard and mouse, because while they're always great, and I've been using them for years, I am too far from my computer just barely and they kept losing 2.4GHz connection erratically, so I would be in the middle of something and suddenly have to change positions to make them reconnect. EDIT: I previously mentioned having a problem where leaving the keyboard idle would result in a situation where it would sometimes lose connection and not reconnect, or take a long time to reconnect. The connection dropping issue was resolved with a Windows Bluetooth adapter update! Now this is no longer an issue! Keep in mind, if you need to change BIOS settings for example, before Windows loads you have no Bluetooth functionality, so if you want to do anything in BIOS you need another keyboard which works off of USB or PS/2. Luckily I do have another, but some people may not know this. I feel like, with both this consideration, and the compact form factor of the mouse, this set is meant more for laptops, which would not have this problem, since they have a keyboard already built in. The keyboard has a lot of useful dedicated function keys, to open Windows settings for example, or the Action Center, or to lock your computer with the press of a button. This is the benefit of using a Microsoft keyboard, lots of Windows integration. The keys are flat and quiet, like many laptop keyboards, and they feel nice to use. I am not sure how this will go when I want to remove the keys to clean it, but that's a problem for future me. The downsides of this keyboard are: - weirdly close layout. So, it is a full keyboard, with number pad, arrow keys, and and function buttons, but the buttons are so close together, I hit Caps Lock when I mean to hit "A" a lot, and hit "insert" when I mean to backspace. I would really prefer there to be an extra 1/4" between the main keyboard and the Insert/Home/End etc. keys. - the function (F1- F12) buttons require you to hold the Fn (function) key to use, as they are shared with, and utilize the other functions first, such as volume, track control, Action Center, Play/Pause, etc. This is fine for me, but may be a deal breaker for someone who uses programs like Excel a lot. The mouse has no drawbacks really, though I personally prefer a full size rather than compact mouse, that is obviously subjective, and the click is a little loud, but that will likely quiet down with use. Also it is not obnoxiously loud, just a tiny hint more than what I would call normal. But again, that will likely quiet some. It is brand new after all. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, though I freely admit this set is pricey, it also works really well, and has a ton of built in Windows 10 integration. It definitely has a quality feel, and the range and connectivity are great. With Swift Pair built into the mouse and keyboard, pairing to your computer is immediate out of the box, you just get a notification and choose to pair right away. If the dedicated keys and Windows integration will be good for you, and you want the wireless range and good build quality, I think this mouse and keyboard are worth the cost.

Used this (and a few other wireless models which I’ve liked less) at work. Bought this one for my daughter. Good price. Not a weird ergo layout that seems to not match how I reach middle keys. No USB plug that gets lost and uses up a port. There’s nothing standout about this setup - it works and I forget it. There’s no “getting used to it” and basically no challenges. Arrived promptly
