The suction cup I didn't use it because the tile of my bathroom is not perfectly flat. However, I tried to test the suction cup on a glass. It is very sturdy. This shower head is very reasonable and with a pause control. I like it because it explained in the instruction sheet that the pause control is not 100% stopping the flow of water because of safety reason. It is very important otherwise I would mistake it as a defective product. The head is designed to save water. However, if you want to have regular flow of water, just take off an adaptive piece from the shower head. The hose is soft and light which I think is good. I have a few stronger and heavier hoses which are expensive before. At the joint of the hose and the head, the weight bent and broke at that area very easily. I have to say the overall material are average and are not metal, but for that price, cannot ask for more. Just be careful, it can last. also you can also replace it. Installation is easy.

I fell and broke my ankle, so I really needed a hand-held shower. This installed easily (getting the old shower head off was the hardest part) but when I first started using it, I was really disapointed with how low the flow was. Somehow I had convinced myself the "on/off" control on the handle was in the "on" position, and just thought, well, it's the new low-flow regulations, maybe I can do something later, but just having a hand-held was better than a wall mount. After using it a few times, I thought, maybe I was wrong, and switched the control. Lo and behold, it works a lot better! Duh. My only defense is that I can't see the lettering without my glasses, which of course I don't wear in the shower. Now I really love it! It is light weight, easy to handle, and really helps with my injury. The spray is strong, the mist is gentle, and the hose is plenty long.

I wasn't disposed to be judgmental; when your old shower head leaks from the hose more than from the head, you may just love whatever works better. But this was very simple to install, and came with its own teflon tape, which, if you don't skimp on it, seals all joining points well. The prompts in preparing this review asked about suction power: since this is a shower head, I'm not sure what they are asking about, unless it's the secondary bracket for hanging the unit lower, and that was less than satisfactory. The suction cup didn't hold, and the tape provided didn't hold either, but Alien Tape seems to hold, at least so far. But the head works well, and the settings are fine, and I hope it lasts as long as the old one did.

So we just moved into this our newly bought (old) house with 3 baths. One doesn’t have shower, just a broken jacuzzi tub. One has holes on the floor. And one has leaking shower head. So among the 3, the last one is the easiest to fix. Since we just moved and bought a house, it is safe for you to think that we don’t have money and you’re right! But bathing is very important, at least to me.At first, not knowing the indepth problem of our baths, I just ordered a shower head holder since both of the 2 showers were placed pretty high and I’m 5’0 short. Unfortunately, the shower didn’t fit the shower holder so I had to return it. After knowing what the problems of our baths were, I thought since we’re replacing the shower head, might as well buy one with a shower holder pair so I’m sure that if will fit this time.Searching on amazon, there’s not a lot of choices. Then I found this, one with very high rating/reviews, shower arm with long cord and extra self adhesive shower holder, and most important of all, very affordable! (Truly saved our lives in this hard times)We’ve been using it for like 2 months now every single day and still looks/works like new. I love that it’s lightweight since I tend to hold it when I use it. I’ve seen low star reviews mostly because there’s still water running when it’s on “pause” when it’s literally written on the product description/information, its for safety. And I always read before purchasing. I like it specially when I’m putting soap on or washing my face, because I want to wet my hands every once in a while, so instead of keeping the shower running, I put it on pause and at least I can somehow save water/money. The self adhesive shower holder is holding on pretty well, never did it fell after we first installed it. Just make sure your wall is very clean before you install it.

I bought this item because it's Hotel Spa and so I expected a quality item based on the brand. But I guess for the price, it's worth it even though most parts are plastic, something I didn't expect. I think the only non-plastic part are the washers. Aside from the plastic, it's helpfulto have use of different sprays and there are a lot to select from. I prefer a strong spray but the strongest spray is not very strong. Also, I selected this particular shower spray to buy because of the inclusion of a low-reach bracket. Most other brands don't include that…….,All in all, this item is not bad for the price. Lastly, I'm impressed with the very excellent well-written install instructions…….(I upgraded rating to 5 stars now that I’ve used it for a few months).I’ve come to like its light weight because of the plastic construct. I’ve not had a plastic shower spray but this one is holding up well. And the price is right. And it’s made in USA.

So many hand held showers on the market are water miser friendly, which means the water pressure is reduced to a near trickle when in use. Not this bad boy! Great water pressure, super easy to install (took less than 10 minutes!) and has a nice variety of selections, from regular shower to jet spray to mist. There is a switch on the handle that allows you to reduce the strength of the water flow if you desire, but it will not stop it entirely (I was hoping for a pause feature - kinda bummed about this to be honest). That feature is a bit stiff and difficult to use, but I figure it will loosen up with regular use. Overall, this is just about the best hand held shower for the buck on the market! I highly recommend getting one!

Worked well for the first month then the water selector broke

Bought two of these, sent one back as they don’t switch off. I needed a new one but bought the second to shower my disabled sister, I normally get soaked so wanted a hose that switched off while I was washing her hair etc. Didn’t work so sent one back.
