Betsy Furniture 2PC Faux Leather Reclining Couch Set, Living Room Furniture Set, Sofa, Loveseat, 8018 Multiple Colors (Gray, Sofa+Loveseat)

We have had it nearly 6 years and they have held up way, way better than I ever thought they would. I just recently bought covers for them because they are just now starting to wear down. For reference, we have 2 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs & 2 cats and have had them all this time. The furniture has been WELL loved and has held up. All the moving parts still work perfect. The pictures are from today after all this time, still pretty decent.

Very comfortable, and nice looking small sectional. You get what you pay for, and you're not getting a $5,000 couch here so obviously it's not going to look as nice. But it is very nice for what it is, and so far a good bang for the buck. Three manually actuated recliners, console to store remotes, and two cupholders. The recliners can sit at different positions and are very comfortable. Easy assembly. Delivery was "no frills" (no white glove service here) but all pieces arrived in perfect condition. They dropped the pallet with the boxes onto my driveway. The driver helped me carry them to the front door at least. I had to open and assemble, get rid of the boxes and the pallet on my own, and of course get the old couch out of the house. No big deal though considering the delivery is free. Delivery company called me in the morning to schedule delivery "between 1 and 3 pm" and said the driver would call me when he was 15 minutes away.... Driver showed up at 11 a.m. instead, never called ahead of time, and seemed annoyed that he had to call me to answer the door. I work from home out of a room on the second floor and was on a conference call when he arrived unexpectedly. I didn't hear him knocking. This part could certainly have been better. But we were glad to take delivery a few days earlier than originally expected.

This set is very pretty and comfortable to sit in right from the beginning. It is smaller than I expected, but I didn't do measurements, so that's my own fault. I'm going to hopefully be adding the recliner into the set since I have the room. Leather is reds/browns, but mostly on the brown side with a bit of a mottled appearance. My old couches were much bigger, so we will have to get used to that, but otherwise, these couches are very nice for the price. Super easy to assemble and packaged well enough to survive the horrible shipping situation it was apparently in...the boxes were ripped to shreds! I was worried the couches would be destroyed, but thankfully they were not. Definitely would recommend for good quality, well priced furniture.

I don't really have any complaints about the product itself. It is decent quality. My complaint would be the delivery. The delivery people ignored my instructions and literally dropped the boxes off on crates in my front yard when no one was home. With this being a bigger delivery I would think that the company selling it would want a signature to make sure it got delivered properly. Fortunately no one stole my delivery from my front yard while no one was home but the next person might not get so lucky.

Okay so I went searching for a couch after my son, decided to use my old couch as a canvas with permanent marker. After being on a time crunch, no couch would come in time that I even remotely liked in the stores. I found the couch on Amazon and seen all the good reviews so I decided to go with it even though i was a little skeptical to purchase a couch online. Let me tell you this couch is one of the best purchase I’ve ever purchased. It is extremely comfortable my kids already spilt milk on it. It was extremely easy to clean. The only complaint I have is the manual recliners are plastic, so one of them already broke but I read another review to get metal ones from Amazon and it’s super easy to replace so we just replaced all of them and it indeed was super easy. This was one of the best Pace ever everyone loves them. They look great in my living room. My husband even slept on them one night and said they were super comfortable!! Delivery was super easy for us. Two guys came in dropped off the boxes and it was super easy to put together. I’m 120 pounds 5’2 I did it on my own well my husband was at work!

Very soft material. It resembles leather without the high price tag. Super easy to clean off. Super comfortable too. I would definitely buy this again and I am very picky. Also, shipping was super fast came within a week of ordering it. Very very pleased.

This sofa has worked out quite nice. It is of great value for the price seems good quality leather has held up good so far and appears to be well built. It is a firm sofa. One thing I will say is if you’re planning on stretching out across didn’t sleeping the center seat does not recline and there is a high Ridge there so laying across your sofa is not very comfortable the recliners do not recline flat, so if you’re looking for a flat place to lay down, it might not be for you. It is a very firm sofa which I like Besides the Hard Center, Ridge, I will say the leg rest going down from the reclining position are quite stiff even after some months of use it’s not much of a problem for me but my wife all 4’11” of her does have a hard time, putting the leg, rest back down from the reclining position

I have had these couches for 2 years. I am so disappointed as the fabric started peeling 1 year in. We typically sit on the couches on the weekends as our weeks are pretty busy. My dog will occasionally lay on the couch, but she’s not rough. They shouldn’t have started peeling the way they did. I tried to fix it but it’s a waste of time. I do not recommend this product AT ALL. And trying to communicate with them is difficult. I bought them on February 15th 2023, it is now October 17th 2025 and the couches are currently sitting on the curb. My last straw was about 7 months ago when I went to recline the love seat and the back snapped off. The fake wood completely snapped. These couches are crap and I wasted my money. I purchase a lot from Amazon, but this, this is extremely disappointing. I spent over $2000 for this set and had to replace them.
