Leggett & Platt Adjustable Beds, All Models and Sizes (Split King Prodigy PT)

I purchased two split king Leggett and Platt S-cape 2.0 adjustable beds (apparently no longer available through Amazon) in 2017, nearly 7 years ago. I have sleep apnea and a lower back problem, both of which detracted from a restful night's sleep. I couldn't use a cpap machine for the apnea because of a deviated septum that made any of the nose cones unusable. But by elevating my knees and shoulders and placing a minimalist pillow under my lower back, I now sleep through the night so well that the bedding is hardly disturbed by morning. The down side is that I'm reluctant to travel because I can't take my bed with me. The only problem I have had was a defective remote when I first received the beds. It was promptly replaced by customer service. I LOVE THIS BED.

Main problem is the only way to adjust bed is remotely, which often fails.From Day 1,my bed would not send out a bluetooth signal for my phone, so phone app to control bed was useless.Then, the remote device -- the only other way to control the bed -- kept losing pairing with the bed.I'd have to get out of bed in the middle of the night, unplug and go through the re-pair process.Called L&P after a year, they said they'd research and get back. Never did.Called again after problem worsened 2 yrs later, and they said, sorry, parts/labor were now out of warrantee.Not great product or customer care.Will now see if I can get a tech to come and fix it, at my expense.Probably best NOT TO PURCHASE from L&P and avoid problems.
