Great SIM card that I can reuse and load data
I did not realize that I ordered just a SIM card with no data. I totally did not understand the description. The SIM card arrived in no time. Follow the instructions to activate the card. The seller did notify me that I purchased just an empty SIM card and I needed to purchase data. Oh, that was very kind of them. So I followed the instructions and purchased the data for the SIM card. The phone works with the SIM card. I can receive calls and it came in so handy as I drove across Jalisco area of Mexico. No issues at all but only one spot in Guadalajara. But all over Jalisco state I went from 3G to 4G depending on where I was. If you are going to Mexico for peace of mind, get the SIM card and not bother with finding a local Telcel place.

Fraudulent and defective
This SIM did not work when I arrived in Mexico even after registering it online. It created a mess when we landed in Mexico as I couldn’t call friends, hail a rideshare or use navigation. I had to purchase another SIM at an OXXO store which worked instantly. Beware, this SIM is garbage

Completely Worth the Money
I ordered this SIM card so that I could use my unlocked iPhone on my upcoming trip to Mexico without having to buy a SIM card in Mexico ( to do so I would have to go into one of the cities, find a Telcel store, waiting in line, and fumbling my way through my awful (almost non-existent) Spanish). The SIM card comes with some simple instructions (in English) on how to activate it and activation takes less than 5 minutes. I had some additional questions so I contacted the seller directly and had a response and answer within 15 minutes.I'll update this review after I return from trip but so far so good.UPDATE (9/2/2014):Well I'm back from Mexico and throughout my entire week trip the ONLY purchase that I felt was truly worth the money was this SIM card and Data plan I added to it. Adding the data plan was very fast and easy, I simply went to sellers website, put in my number, and I was good to go. I also had the option to purchase data directly from Telcel but after doing the math I decided that going through the seller was the better option for me as I don't speak Spanish and the markup was actually very low. When I landed in Mexico I swapped the SIM card in my iPhone and I was all set. I had voice and data right away. I had cellular coverage everywhere I went in Mexico (Cancun to Riviera Maya), mostly 3G but I did get 4G LTE in and around Cancun. After being in Mexico I realize it would have actually been more expensive for me to buy a SIM card in Mexico (even if I did speak Spanish). I would have had to pay for a shuttle/cab to/from the Airport/Resort/Hotel to a town with a Telcel or Movistar store (there don't seem to be many of them). At least for where I was, I would have paid more than double for the transportation than I did for the SIM Card. If you'll be going into a town with a store anyway (and you speak Spanish) then it's likely more economical for you to just buy a card there but from the stories I've heard be prepared to spend 30 to 60 minutes in line at the store. For me, this was by far the best option. The only thing I didn't like was that the seller doesn't offer all the data packages that Telcel does (at least at the time, they were updating their site as I went on vacation so that may have changed). This though isn't enough for me to deduct a star, I am still very happy with my purchase.

Card arrived opened, when nano Sim was checked at a Telcel center, it was found to be EMPTY!
I purchased the card in December 2015 while I was still in Mexico. It was sent to my mail in Tucson and picked up last week, and brought to Mexico on March 16th, and I installed the nano-SIM card in a new iPad mini...it never seemed to work although all the information was there on my iPad. I received email from Vincent stating that my mexico phone number was registered and that Telcel was up and running. I never got it to work even though the screen icon shows a 3g network connection, well in frustration I took my card to a Telcel store here in Alamos, Sonora and they put it in their phone and found 0 for Data and 0 for cellular calls, also the card package had been opened with a note from Vincent that he unsealed the nanoSIM for pre-activation and testing procedures..this is not needed and I suspect that someone else used the 50 minutes on the card and then it was sold to me. So I wasted $17.95 and refunds or replacement of the missing is not allowed.!Vincent corrected this when I got an unlocked cell phone and he immediately put the amount (el recarga) onto the card that he sent and I have installed in the phone, The problem was that I did not have a phone when I got this card. Don You do have to live with the Mexico City prefix to the phone and if you are only on vacation, that is probably just fine,

Does not work, even on unlocked devices
This SIM card did not work on my device, even though it is unlocked. I've used other SIM cards when travelling internationally. Although the tech support was responsive, they were not helpful and did not acknowledge the issue. Additionally, the additional payments for loading the card show as being paid to some guy, not to the company's name, and thats not evident until the paent has already been processed. I don't recommend this card at all.
