I gave this to my daughter as a “theme” birthday gift which included heavy card stock note cards and a colored wax kit (for stamping stationary or envelopes) all purchased from Amazon. This stamp works great, the etching is deep enough so that the letter “F” can clearly be seen once you stamp it into the melted wax. 5 STARS!

The stamp is very pretty. There is a lot of detail. It's best to use with a solid color wax.

A "V" is not always easy to find so I jumped at the chance to put this in my daughter's Christmas Stocking. My daughter is 40 and I was told the wax seals have made a comeback from the 1970's.

Ignore my first attempt at attempting to pour the wax into a circle! We have the letter F to seal invitations to our wedding. This was my first experience doing this type of thing and I was extremely impressed with this stamp. Not only did it come out so crisp and clean, but NO wax stuck to it in anyway. It stays 100% clean! As others have stated, I do wish there were some type of mark on the outside of the tool, so you can make sure the letter is straight, but I can always add one myself! Definitely recommend!
