I paid way too much for these when I could have easily made them out of craft foam. They’ll do for my costume though. It’s not foam or plastic but a weird squishy plastic. That looks unfinished at the edges. Don’t spend the money, do it yourself and it will look better.

Made out of cart board , very poor quality .
