You can also change the intensity and pattern at which you want to feel the contractions. It will definitely take longer than the prescribed 30 minutes a day to get any kind of results in a month or so but it feels more like a massager than anything. Great product nonetheless

The product is well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.Inside the package there is the electrostimulator for the abs and 2 straps for the biceps.There are 3 fixtures so you can use all products at the same time . I'm usingit every day, half an hour a day and I find it lightweight to use as well as having no sticker detachment issues despite using it while doing other movements.It is possible to adjust the intensity of stimulation in a simple and intuitive way. Many programs are available that differentiate in intensity and methodology of muscle contraction.Obviously the use is to be combined with a healthy diet, you can not expect any device to perform miracles if we do not adjust with the fork.For how much it costs it is a great product.

Well, I’ve been to proper EMS gym in pre-pandemic era where they put entire body suit on you and 20 min workout few times a week delivers good results. This little thing is nothing like that, there’s no way to work out when it’s on you and constantly sends these tiny impulses. It is definitely for lazy people, but I could see one getting at least some results combining it with 1 min planking exercise before or after. But I’m getting lazier now, so I’m toning abdominal muscles with it every other day and regardless their ad explaining all 6 modes, 1 and 4 work the best, at least for me. Also I noticed that sometimes not all the electrodes work properly at once, so reattaching it upside down does the trick. Overall the product is good, but not perfect: 4.5

This is a great product. I originally purchased a different one and when I tried it I didn’t feel a thing. This one is very powerful even on a low setting. Can be used to target multiple areas. Just purchased a second one so my bf and I can use at the same time. :) He loves it and we don’t want to wait turns or have to share. Lol

This product is a joke. I knew better but I bought it anyways. I could probably stick a fork in a light socket and get the same stimulation as it feels like tiny gnomes are zapping me with tiny tasers.

I've been around for a while. I'm the cheerleader of my university. I do a lot of exercise for the team every week, and unless we are super models, the school uniforms we should have worn in competitions and competitions are not very praiseworthy of love care. I strongly recommend that you buy fixed products if you exercise or exercise regularly, but you don't see the results you want just by working in the gym. The product itself is not the best thing. Results can only be seen with at least some aerobic exercise or other exercise. And see a good effect. I can increase the use time and stimulation intensity almost every other day!

It is small, it is light, it is very easy to use. Abs got a workout for sure, you get sore after a session (meaning it works) and this is just a help to get my core stronger as having a baby leaves all your ab area weak. I want to do more intense workouts but I need to strengthen my abs 1st, I have no time for gym currently, so this is a great option...go mamis, this can be helpful and not expensive.

So after doing some research I ordered one of these because during the pandemic I have been working from home. I have been using it 2-3 times daily for the last 8-10 days and it feels great. I cannot say this directly impacted me but I was stuck on a certain weigh with our Keto diet and I start losing again about 4 days after I started using this product. It fits well and works great. The one thing I would like to mention is ensure it is fully flat on your abs to ensure you are getting the proper exercise completed. Also ensure your skin is clean before use as it uses gel pads like an EKG to stick to your skin. Does not leave any messy residue but oils can make it come off the bicep.
