I am a large framed woman. At 5'8" and i wear a 40DDD. this xlarge fits me but its just a tad short in the arms and waist for perfect preference, but not enough that i wont wear it. I wear it often!! And it looks great! And i do tend to like my hoodies a baggy, so for other folks it might be a perfect fit.

Q: I usually wear size medium would small fit ?

Depending on the type of fit you are looking for. This hoodie does have a larger cut. If you like a more fitted fit a small would be fine.

I by xl because I have longer arms. It is baggy on me. 5'7" 170 lbs Love it!
