Stainless Steel Wool Pads - Oil Free! (Fine Grade)

I purchased these to clean oxidizer from the high points of the sterling silver jewelry I make. I hate that normal steel wool pads get rusty and stinky, since I always need to work with them wet. I stopped using steel wool years ago because I would need a new pad every day and I hated the mess and smell. I was concerned that these might be low quality, but these pads do the job well, and they DO NOT RUST! They do fall apart a lot more than I would prefer. Working wet, over the sink, I end up with a sink full of fine steel shavings. One should probably use a mask, although working wet should keep the steel dust from being airborne, but it has caused me some concern. The pads last well though, and I can rip off a small piece and reuse it many times before needing to toss it. Overall, really good product.
