It's a great heavy duty jack and with the creeper and stands it's a great value. The first one they sent didn't work but their return policy is outstanding. Within 2 days I had a new jack and UPS came to the house to pick up the defective one. I would definitely buy from this seller again

A great package deal

I bought this set a few days ago. Box appeared damaged but that’s a shipping issue not something important to me. Jack did not work out of the box! Yes, I followed the bleeding procedure before use. I had to run down to the local auto parts store to buy jack oil. Annoying since it’s brand new! I’ve only used the set in a small Chevy sonic not much weight. Jack lifts up fine and holds the weight. However, when lowering the car it completely drops it no matter what height it’s set at. It does not lower slowly which is annoying as the car just slams on the ground. Jack stands again only on a Chevy sonic and appear to hold the weight fine. Roller thing (not sure what it’s called) works fine not damaged and moves well under weight. For the price it’s not bad.

Great value for the total products included. Jack has enough height to lift my mid-size truck. Controlling the descent can be a little tricky. Stands and crawler are great.

I would choose another jack. This one is not "Heavy Duty" and quite unsafe in my opinion. I purchased on 11/21/17 and used it for the first time to change a tire on 12/18/17. The jack will lift one side of my small Mitsubishi 6-cyl SUV rear axle, but begins to slowly lose pressure and lowers the axle after just a few minutes (I thought I was seeing things at first!). Yes, I had the handle tight all the way clockwise. They are not kidding in the item description when they say it wont support even one side of an axle!! This item is unsafe to use without jack stands. I was not getting under the vehicle so thought I could rotate tires fairly quickly (with no stands and go quickly)....not so fast....began to lose pressure quickly. I thought I was doing good buying a little more expensive and larger 3 ton "Heavy Duty" jack. Not a good choice. My old 3 ton jack I gave away to my son would hold up Gibralter as long as you needed....for hours even (even though we always used jack stands for safety). It would truly hold on its own! Not this one! Careful....If I had it to do over I would truly choose another! Update 10/1/2018: I had to go back and give this a "1" Rating...it deserves zero. I am stuck with it and it has been unsafe since I took out of the brand new box. It starts to lose air pressure and slowly lowers immediately!!. Please be careful with this product it is unsafe.

Works great!

It arrives the second day after the order was placed. Unfortunately, the Jack won't come down after use (the single time I used). The replaced one arrives the next day after call-in. It works well. A very responsive seller.
