Perfect TV for March Madness
I am thrilled with this purchase. The total cost from an authorized dealer was $1,932. The closest price I’ve seen was $2,500, not including tax and shipping. I received it in a few days after ordering. Perfect condition. And, just in time to watch March Madness!! The picture is outstanding. I previously had a SunBright which wasn’t as good. My only issue is that it arrived a day early and I wasn’t home. It was left on my front porch. Lucky for me there was a UPS driver delivering something next door. I asked if he could help - and he did!! Refused to take any $$ from me.

Beautiful picture
I bought the TV 8 months ago, but it sat in my garage while my porch was being built. I finally installed it last week, only to discover that the screen was broken. There was no visible damage, but the image appeared with a huge crack. I was worried because I was far outside of the Amazon warranty. Fortunately, they sent a new TV right away. I had it in two days.When I turned on the new one, I was blown away. The picture is beautiful. I really like the sleek remote and the ease of navigation. I’ve only had it up for one day, but so far I’m very happy.

Damaged product out of the box, unusable HDMI port
Samsung would not stand behind its product, so I recommend investing in another outdoor television. Upon opening the television, the HDMI earc port did not accept any HDMI cables. In fact, the port damaged multiple cables I tried to use (These were brand new, undamaged, out of the box cables). When I called Samsung to open a service/warranty request, they sent a 3rd party technician out 1 week later. At first the technician did not understand the issue. He actually tried to set up my TV, which I did not need nor want him to do. When I explained further, and showed him the cables, the tech saw that the port was damaged. However, he told Samsung that my cables damaged the port and that it happened two weeks prior. Both of those details are false, I tried to explain that to the tech but he briskly left the house. I called Samsung immediately after and again the next morning (which Samsung instructed me to do). Upon appealing to Samsung, they said the ticket was closed and there was nothing they could do; I would have to pay out of pocket for any repair. This isn’t just any TV - It’s one of the largest purchases many of us will make. I am now reaching back out to the technician company to protest and correct their assessment. At the end of the day, given that Samsung will not stand behind their product, and the apparent low quality of the technicians they contract with to support the product, I strongly recommend choosing another outdoor television.

Bright colors
This is the perfect outdoor TV. One note of caution normally a 55inch TV is under 75LBS, due to the weather proofing this TV weights 110lbs. I have this TV mounted outside on a Pergola, we can see the TV across the pool. Great sound, great pic, the Terrace is a great outdoor TV!

Had an issue 10-months in, Samsung customer service was excellent!
I had an issue with my TV after 10 months of ownership, and they sent two technicians and repaired it at no charge. Very happy they resolved it within a couple of days with great communication and service. Very few companies will stand behind their product like this anymore.

TV weight
The item was a great product but I should have read the product specs before purchasing. It was about 70lbs and too heavy to hang on the wall in my pavilion. Other than that all was good

Lightning fast CPU
The picture is fantastic, obviously, but I was impressed with how fast it turns on switches channels and loads apps. My other TVs are a Samsung frame and a LG oled and they aren’t near as fast

Be very careful before buying
After less than a year, the screen developed blemishes all over it, but they were behind the glass and therefore couldn't be cleaned off. Although we have the TV is an area that NEVER gets sun, and is covered nightly, Samsung fought us on warrantying it because of the 'excessive sun exposure'. Even after the tech came out and concluded it is in a shaded area.
