Like sitting on squishy, supporting, comfortable air
This is a first impressions review, may be updated later. Was expecting this to arrive about a week from now, so + points for very fast delivery. Unpacked pieces that were packaged separately in the box and well protected from damage, checked and found all present and correct. Assembled the chair in about 20 minutes (nice & slow) and was sitting in it playing with the adjustment controls a few minutes later. The range of adjustment is unusual - first chair I've had where more than just tilt & height were adjustable. I consider the slides on the armrests quite a novel thing and not sure how much they'll need to be adjusted once set where I like them. Having the capability to adjust the seat forwards and backwards is interesting and it may be some time before I find the 'just so' setting. It has a good range of tilt & height adjustments and the swivel is smooth and squeak free. The headrest is comfortable and cool in use, won't collect hair as much as my previous chair did :)One major selling point of this chair for me is that I can elastic-strap a small fan to it to keep a cool airflow on me during the late spring to early autumn times when I tend to feel like a boil-in-the-bag meal. I used it on my last chair which only had a mesh back and it worked fairly well, but the seat was a solid foam cushion and I still parboiled on hot days. With a mesh seat, this chair should help keep me cooler this coming year.So far, thoroughly recommended. I look forward to spending time in comfort...Update, 19/02/21: The armrests do slide a little easily and can move out of position without any real effort or force applied. As I seem to prefer them all the way back, I found that in turning them 'front inwards' there are a couple of holes in the rest itself and inserting thick material provides a friction lock of sorts when the armrests are reset to center. Much harder to move forward now, which, for me, is fine. This is no substitute for a proper friction lock and I'd like to ask the company if that's a thing they could consider for future models of this armrest. Other than that, still the best office chair I've ever plonked my rear on.

Great chair - highly recommended.
Great chair - highly recommended. Very comfy, good back support and unlike other chairs we have, this one is five years old and going strong!

Amazing support, good chair.
I bought this chair to try and get away from my old padded gaming chair. While that was expensive, good quality and was comfortable, it was in the end unergonomic and not good on the body with the amount of time I'd spend in it.Now for the new chair:The chair arrived quickly and in good shape, setup was pretty quick and simple, maybe 20 minutes, one man job. The chair felt hard to sit in at first, due to my previous chair being padded with foam rather than mesh, but your butt and back gets used to the mesh soon enough. Adjustment wise, there is some lacking in the headrest and armrests, but otherwise good adjustments for the back and seating portion. The ergonomics of the chair fit me well, and I can feel that it is actually better for my back and promotes better posture. The support behind this chair is where it really shines, the mechanism for locking the recline into one of the 3 positions was not functional, and would not lock into any positions unless the handle was constantly pulled. I wrote to their support team and they were very helpful. I was offered a partial refund or a new seating portion, I opted for the part which arrived very quickly and worked without complaint. If you think this chair might suit you, go for it as the company behind it is very easy to work with should issues arise.

Would Highly Recommend!
I wasn't sure whether to get this, a gaming chair, or a more expensive ergonomic chair. I am so glad I got this one.Adjustment: - The lumbar support is non adjustable but the mesh has some give so I haven't really found that I needed to.- The seat can move backwards and forwards in relation to the back which is what allows you to change how much lumbar support you get.- The arms move up and down a reasonable amount and the rests themselves slide backwards and forwards (very useful since I slide them back so that I can sit closer to my desk.)- The chair can be set really low for gaming and such and I find that the highest setting is just about right for my arms to comfortable sit on my desk which is about 29" tall.- The headrest slides up and down but is quite stiff when moving, presumable so you don't move it by using it.- The recline can go really far back so you could easily take a nap. When fully up for desk work, I find the top of the back doesn't come as far forward as I thought it would but the lumbar support really does support you as you sit forward. So if you hunch forward it will be comfy but to use the headrest etc. you need to be slightly relaxed and leaning back.- If you really wanted to the arms can come off with a few screws.Comfort: The mesh took a bit of getting used to. It's quite firm but if you're worried it isn't comfortable, don't. Although it's not "cushioned" it has some give and spring to the material so it has a similar effect. The lumbar support is quite forward and will feel weird at first but once you adjust to it you'll never want to be rid of it. Also you can move seat forward to counter this. The arms have a gel like cushioning but it's so firm you don't really notice it. (Your arms won't sink in or leave imprints.) The back has a very slight rocking chair bounce to it which is actually nice since it makes it less stiff but if you want a rock solid back you might not like this. I have had some problem with shin splints and circulation and, providing your feet are not too far off the floor the seat has made it much better. Also, my back pain has lessened with the lumbar support.Quality: The whole chair is very sturdy and feels incredible well built. I'm a average sized young female and it supports me well. My father also sat in it and said he felt fully supported. In conclusion this is a great chair and I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who has to spend long periods of time in it.
